Brother DCP 330C error 46

Hello, I have a Brother DCP 330C printer that displays
cleaning impossible error 46
I read that I need to reset the ink counter and perform a purge
I am following the recommended procedure but I can't get 80 or 82 to display on my printer
Can anyone help me? Thanks in advance
I'm getting desperate....
Configuration: Windows XP Internet Explorer 7.0

    I have the same problem with the DPC 130C and I can't get the number 80 to appear as indicated in the solution to this breakdown.

      I have the same problem as you with my DCP 330C printer,
      did you find a solution?

      I called BROTHER and they told me to send it back, but I have to pay for shipping + €48 for repair at the workshop, so it’s not really worth it considering that the Canon MP540 costs €75 all included on Amazon...
