Hello.
Il y a le classique IDLE, fourni avec Python, gratuit.
Il y a d'autres éditeurs gratuits comme Scite, Eric3, Dr.Python...
Dans les logiciels commerciaux, il y a l'excellent Komodo (très bon, mais payant).
Personnellement, j'utilise PSPad, un éditeur Freeware:
