AIDEZ-MOI VIRUS/TROJAN/VER

Question

Bonjour,
Apres avoir installer un programme mon anti virus avast ma dit que j'avais un virus et il ma arete windows explorer,le planificateur de tache et d'auter programme dont je me souviens plus,puis window ma dit qu'il aller 
eteindre dans 1minutes l'ordinateur.Apres sa imposible de redemarer mon ordinateur normalement,j'ai essayer l'ordinateur 
s'arrete a la barre de chargement puis apres plus rien excepter un ecran noir.Ensuite j'ai redemarer l'ordinateur
en mode sans echec (heureux que cela marche) et j'ai suprimer le programme qui a infecter mon ordinateur
mais sa n'y a rien fait;j'ai donc lancer un scan au redemarage et m'y en quarantaine certain fichier que avast 
me proposer a la fin il y avait 41 fichiers infecter et certain dans le fichier de windows.
Avast ma dit que c'etait un trojan pour certain fichier et a d'autre ver/virus.En ce moment meme j'ai lancée un 
scan d'avast minutieux en mode sans echec.
J'espere que vous pourrez m'aidez avec ce "petit" probleme,si vous voulez je peux vous indiquer ou j'ai telecharger
le programme qui m'a infecter en vous envoyant le lien html merci d'avance pour votre aide.

Merci pour votre aide et vos conseils j'ai reussi a regler le probleme en faisant une restauration systeme 
et j'ai pu redemarer l'ordinateur normalement,j'ai ensuite  virées les fichier en quarantaine et  tous et revenu normale.Encore merci.

Bonjour,

Pour commencer :  faire un petit nettoyage de l'ordi et du registre avec Ccleaner, regarde bien le Tuto CCleaner

Ensuite :

Télécharge le fichier d'installation d'HijackThis.

Enregistre HJTInstall.exe sur ton bureau.

Renomme Hijackthis en Tutu

Double-clique sur HJTInstall.exe (tutu)  pour lancer le programme

Par défaut, il s'installera là :
C:\Program Files\Trend Micro\HijackThis

Accepte la licence en cliquant sur le bouton "I Accept"

Choisis l'option "Do a system scan and save a log file"

Clique sur "Save log" pour enregistrer le rapport qui s'ouvrira avec le bloc-note

Clique sur "Edition -> Sélectionner tout", puis sur "Edition -> Copier" pour copier tout le contenu du rapport

Colle le rapport que tu viens de copier sur ce forum

Ne fixe encore AUCUNE ligne, cela pourrait empêcher ton PC de fonctionner correctement

Pour ceux qui ont vista, ne pas oublier de désactiver Le contrôle des comptes utilisateurs

Telecharge et install UsbFix de C_XX & Chiquitine29

Branche tes sources de données externes à ton PC, (clé USB, disque dur externe, etc...) suceptible d avoir été infectés sans les ouvrir


# Fais un clic droit sur le raccourci UsbFix présent sur ton bureau et choisi éxécuter en tant qu'administrateur .

# Choisi l option 1 ( Recherche )

# Laisse travailler l outil.

# Ensuite post le rapport UsbFix.txt qui apparaitra.

# Note : Le rapport UsbFix.txt est sauvegardé a la racine du disque. ( C:\UsbFix.txt )

( CTRL+A Pour tout selectionner , CTRL+C pour copier et CTRL+V pour coller ) 

# Note : "Process.exe", une composante de l'outil, est détecté par certains antivirus (AntiVir, Dr.Web, Kaspersky Anti-Virus) comme étant un RiskTool. 
          Il ne s'agit pas d'un virus, mais d'un utilitaire destiné à mettre fin à des processus. 
          Mis entre de mauvaises mains, cet utilitaire pourrait arrêter des logiciels de sécurité (Antivirus, Firewall...) d'où l'alerte émise par ces antivirus.

# Ton bureau disparaitra et le pc redémarrera .

# Au redémarrage , UsbFix scannera ton pc , laisse travailler l outil.

# Ensuite post le rapport UsbFix.txt qui apparaitra avec le bureau .

# Note : Le rapport UsbFix.txt est sauvegardé a la racine du disque.( C:\UsbFix.txt )

J'ai fait  comme vous m'avez dit mais mon ordinateur ne redemare pas sans activer le  mode sans echec et quand il est redemare il n'y a rien qui se passe (usbFix ne scanne pas) et je n'aie donc aucun rapport.

en mode sans echec tu ne peux pas faire l'option 2 de usb fix.
