Hello,
It's been a week since I receive the following message at startup:
"Windows has returned error code = -2147024891 access denied unrecoverable error Dr. Watson could not attach to the process it is possible that the process has terminated before Dr. Watson could attach to it."
I am encountering increasing difficulties surfing the internet as pages freeze.
I am also having a lot of trouble with Microsoft Office Word which takes a long time to open, bugs,...
I also have a problem with the installation of the Windows update KB951847.
Thank you for your assistance.
Configuration: Windows XP Firefox 3.0.9

If you're storing more and more things, yes, that's normal. Especially if you have videos.
    See you!

First, run a cleanup with CCleaner, http://www.commentcamarche.net/telecharger/telecharger 168 ccleaner, it is pre-configured, you just launch it, click on analyze, then cleanup, after that go to registry, repair the errors, make the requested backup, and repeat this several times until it finds nothing else. Then, perform a defragmentation. And post back to let us know if there’s any improvement after all this.

      Hello,
I'm doing everything you advised me this evening and I'll keep you updated.
One last question, CCleaner is taking longer and longer (sometimes nearly 45 minutes) just for cleaning... it used to be much faster.... Do you think that's normal?
      Thank you.

    Hello lmlabd,
Which version of Internet Explorer do you have? Do the other updates work normally?
    See you!
