Block Internet access to an IP address

Hello everyone,

So here’s my problem:

I have a network of 4 computers at home. I would like to block internet access to certain computers using their IP addresses, all through my router, but I don't know how to go about it. I also need to keep the network connection with the other computers.

Of course, I have already assigned fixed IPs to all my computers. And in my router, there is a very interesting option, the ability to set filters (inbound or outbound). I don't know what this is for and if someone could explain it, that would be very kind.

So that’s my problem.
Does anyone have a solution for me, please?

Thank you in advance for your help and feel free to ask me for more information.

First, I advise you to use MAC address filtering; fewer people know how to change a MAC address than an IP.
I believe not all routers support filtering; what router do you have?
What is the name of your filtering option? If it's called NAT, that's not it at all; it allows, for example, to open port 80, and if someone with bad intentions scans your open ports, they will see, for instance, port 5000, and they won't know what it corresponds to.
Can you provide more information about this option? Name, fields to fill out...
