Crypto API private key to remove window

Hello,
Upon starting Windows (turning on the PC), a prompt appears: an application requests access to a protected item, Crypto API private key and asks for a password. For a few days now, my computer has been encountering a problem; every time I launch something, whether it’s the Internet, Excel, or Word, a window opens asking me to enter a crypto API key.

Details: Crypto API private key and asks for a password. For the past few days,
C:\WINDOWS\system32\wuauclt.exe I close the window or
C:\Program Files\Internet Explorer\iexplore.exe or
C:\Program Files\Common Files\Symantec Shared\NMain.exe

What should I do to remove this Crypto API private key window?
Is it a virus?

    download one of the two:
    - Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware https://www.commentcamarche.net/telecharger/securite/14361-malwarebytes-anti-malware/
    - SpyBot http://www.safer-networking.org/fr/ownmirrors1/index.html my favorite, although it's heavier.

    start by updating them properly, following the step-by-step procedures.
