le pb c'est que je suis une novice pour toutes ces installations, alors je ne sais pas du tout comment m'y prendre....

Si si mais je ne sais pas comment les installer et lequel installer... en plus je ne sais pas dans quel ordre faire tout ca... :/

Mets le CD dans ton ordinateur et suis les instructions, en général il y a une rubrique pilote ou drivers, ton matériel est probablement listé, il te suffira de cliquer dessus et tout devrais fonctionner.

Ya Win98 driver, WMA-Format, $config$.ugr, repair.exe, telbook.exe.
et sinon ya ecrit ca sur un fichier mais c'est du chinois pour moi :
Our product do not need to install any actuate system (except WIN98), you can immediately download any format of files by plug-in the USB hub to your PC.
1. Once you switch on our product, the UFD would connect to the PC through the USB hub. The system would detect a new hard disc, follow the steps shown for installation. (WinMe/Win2000/XP can automatically finish installation). If the volume of the UFD is too large and cannot be connected to the hub, you can use our extended USB line attached.
2. After installation, the LCD would display『USB MUSIC DISK』and on 『MY COMPUTER』 and 『FILE MANAGER』would appear「REMOVABLE DISK.」
3. Drag or Copy the files you need to the『Removable Disk』to start downloading. Downloaded MP3 files can put into the main menu while others in the submenu. You can make use “FILE SELECTION” to play the files which is in the submenu.
4. While downloading, the LCD would display the animation as shown, you are required to wait until the animation disappeared and furthermore five seconds before you can plug out the UFD.
PS: For WinME/2000/XP user, you must click “Safety plug out the hard disk” at the right-hand corner below the screen by the mouse before you plug out the unit, then ”Safety plug out the USB Mass Storage Device – Disk(X)”. Exit the driver before you plug out the unit. For abnormal plug out of the unit would lead to data lost. (X) represents the disk code of this unit, and would be vary according to different PC. Please wait till the message “You can plug out the hardware safety” before you really plug out the unit.

Je pense qu'il faudrait l'essayer sur une autre machine afin de localiser le problème.
Cependant essaye en débranchant tout ce qui est USB et rebranche ta clef.

Sinon, essayes de retourner la ou tu l'as acheté afin de tester la clef .

j'ai le meme pb avec un Zicplay 256 "starting" en boucle,
il a marché 4 jours (avec win 98) et aprés j'ai changé les piles et maintenant il est planté sur starting, cela n'a rien a voir avec la config du PC, c'est un probléme du lecteur MP3.
Je vais le reporter demain chez Surcouf pour me faire rembourser

j'ai reporté le Zicplay 256 chez Surcouf, et ils m'ont remboursé (pas un avoir, c'est cool) car ils n'ont pas de produits équivalents a ce prix.
Ils ont 70% de retour sur ce produit avec "starting" et les 30% restant c'est des ecouteurs qui ne marchent pas, où le produit qui chauffe avec deformement du plastic !!! soit 100% de retour.
Donc à ne pas acheter même à 45 Euros!!!

Je relance mon appel pour mon zic play 256.
A force de le manipuler, j'ai changé la langue et je me retrouve avec des instructions en chinois. Pas moyen de remettre la langue d'origine et bien entendu, la notice papier et le CD rom ne donnent aucune explication pour modifier la langue.
Ca commence à me gonfler grave !!!

Voilà je reviens de chez surcouf !
Le vendeur m'a confirmé, ils ont fait n'importe quoi avec ce lecteur mp3 résultat ils ont pratiquement 100% de retour.
J'ai échangé le mien contre un autre.
Un conseil evitez le Zicplay, il est pas cher mais c de la merde.

Merci pour le tuyau, Aude. Ma fille avait réussi également à remettre le menu en français et je comptais lui demander ce soir comment elle avait fait pour t'en faire profiter.
Je n'ai pas de pb pour le moment avec le zic mais il faut dire que je ne m'en suis pas beaucoup servi. Comme c'est un cadeau, je serai condamnée à le jeter s'il ne fonctionne plus un jour snifffff
