Hello, my VCR for playing tapes doesn't display the picture. I have sound but my television screen remains blue! Please help me!!!!!

    I'm still putting some 'ifs' because we can't be 100% sure, I'm not a tape player repairman, there are self-cleaning tapes. It cleans the heads if they're not too dirty.
    If they are really too dirty, you need to open the tape player and clean it with a small cotton swab.
    If I were you, I would buy a self-cleaning tape, it's not expensive, then forget about it.
    The repairman will charge you too much compared to the value of your tape player.
    Take the opportunity to buy a new tape player (they're not too expensive anymore) and if you don't have a DVD player, a tape player that also plays DVDs.
