How to use B6T, B6I, B00 files?

Hello,
I have three files on my hard drive with the following extensions:
*.B6T, *.B6I, *.B00

I tried to open the *.B6T file with Deamon Tools, but it doesn't emulate the CD, it doesn't display any error messages, but nothing happens. No titles on the CD, and it even says "insert a disk" when I double click on it.

I was then advised to use Blind Write, but it wants to extract the files by burning them only, whereas I want to save them to my hard drive.

Is it possible to extract such a file from the hard drive to the hard drive?
Because this software doesn't allow me to do that; it requires CD/DD DD/CD or CD/CD
