How to use the SSC Service Utility?

Hello,

Does anyone know how to use the utility software that repairs Epson printers?
I have an Epson Stylus CX 3200 printer that has issues with clogged print heads.

I downloaded this utility, but I don't know how to use it.

When I open it, I see 3 tabs:

1- ink monitor, with these options:
(what should I choose between “printer report,” “head ink shots,” and “refresh”?)

2- configuration, with these options:

(I know how to select my printer model from the dropdown list, but what should I choose next between “start utility at windows startup” and “enable independent monitor”?)

3- and reset, with these options:
(what should I choose in “port,” “chip,” “address (from Auto to 7),” “check chip presence,” “speed,” “write,” “check,” “read,” “test”?)

- Does anyone know where I should go in each of the 3 menus?
