Some time ago, I burned my photos and today when I put the CD in to view them, I can't open them because my computer can't open NCO files.
This extension, after burning, was added to the Jpeg extension.
Can someone help me?
Thanks in advance.

    With WinRAR, it's all good.

      Hello

2 hours wasted downloading NERO BACK UP to decompress the .nc0 files, only to learn that you just need to change the .nc0 extension to .zip and it works... perfectly!

    Hi everyone,

Here's a response to your problem after struggling a bit. You need to use the backup from the Nero software, so you should open these files with BackItUp.exe located in the Nero BackItUp directory of Nero, choose the extraction directory and that's it.

I hope it works for you, see you soon, Daniel

    Hello there
I just encountered the same issue as you regarding the opening of nco files. Could you kindly, considerately, and courteously explain to me, if you have the answer, the procedure to recover the files, as some are very important to me.
Thank you, I eagerly await your response.

    Hello,
actually, it wasn't me who fixed the problem, but a friend of a friend. It seems to me that it wasn't too serious. I had two CDs and you had to start with the second one and not the first.
Actually, I don't really remember how it was supposed to be done. Try starting with the last CD and if that doesn't work, I'll find out more.

    Hello,
I also can't open .nco files (created by Nero Backitup).
    Has a solution been found?
    Thank you very much
