Printer busy even without print jobs pending

Hello,

I have an HP c7100 printer connected via Wi-Fi. Although there is nothing pending, I can't print anything because the printer is considered busy. On the printer's screen, there is the message "print cancelled" and no matter what I do, it stays there.

Laurence, good evening. Try to turn off your printer and restart your PC.
