Télécharge GenProc sur ton bureau
Double-clique sur GenProc.exe
et poste le contenu du rapport qui s'ouvre
Voir comment utiliser GenProc
Pour ceux qui ont Vista, ne pas oublier de désactiver Le contrôle des comptes utilisateurs
IMPORTANT : poste le rapport et ne fais rien d'autre pour l'instant ( souvent il faut ajouter des consignes à la manipe indiquée pour que cela fonctionne parfaitement )
Double-clique sur GenProc.exe
et poste le contenu du rapport qui s'ouvre

ok très bien, il a fait du nettoyage, maintenant fais ceci :
Télécharge malwarebytes
NB : S'il te manque COMCTL32.OCX alors télécharge le ici
Tu l´installe; le programme va se mettre automatiquement a jour.
Une fois a jour, le programme va se lancer; clic sur l´onglet paramètre, et coche la case : "Arrêter internet explorer pendant la suppression".
Clic maintenant sur l´onglet recherche et coche la case : "exécuter un examen complet".
Puis clic sur "rechercher".
Laisse le scanner le pc...
Si des éléments on été trouvés > clic sur supprimer la selection.
si il t´es demandé de redémarrer > clic sur "yes".
A la fin un rapport va s´ouvrir; sauvegarde le de manière a le retrouver en vu de le poster sur le forum.
Copie et colle le rapport stp.
PS : les rapport sont aussi rangé dans l onglet rapport/log

ok alors maintenant fais ceci :
Pour commencer : faire un petit nettoyage de l'ordi et du registre avec Ccleaner, regarde bien le Tuto CCleaner
Télécharge Superantispyware (SAS)
Choisis "enregistrer" et enregistre-le sur ton bureau.
Double-clique sur l'icône d'installation qui vient de se créer et suis les instructions.
Créé une icône sur le bureau.
Double-clique sur l'icône de SAS (une tête dans un cercle rouge barré) pour le lancer.
- Si l'outil te demande de mettre à jour le programme ("update the program definitions", clique sur yes.
- Sous Configuration and Préférences, clique sur le bouton "Préférences"
- Clique sur l'onglet "Scanning Control "
- Dans "Scanner Options ", assure toi que la case devant lles lignes suivantes est cochée :
Close browsers before scanning (Fermer Navigateur avant le scan)
Scan for tracking cookies (Scan pour dépister les cookies)
Terminate memory threats before quarantining (Terminez les menaces de mémoire avant de mettre en quarantaine)
- Laisse les autres lignes décochées.
- Clique sur le bouton "Close" pour quitter l'écran du centre de contrôle.
- Dans la fenêtre principale, clique, dans "Scan for Harmful Software", sur "Scan your computer".
Dans la colonne de gauche, coche C:\Fixed Drive.
Dans la colonne de droite, sous "Complète scan", clique sur "Perform Complète Scan"
Clique sur "next" pour lancer le scan. Patiente pendant la durée du scan.
A la fin du scan, une fenêtre de résultats s'ouvre . Clique sur OK.
Assure toi que toutes les lignes de la fenêtre blanche sont cochées et clique sur "Next".
Tout ce qui a été trouvé sera mis en quarantaine. S'il t'es demandé de redémarrer l'ordi ("reboot"), clique sur Yes.
Pour recopier les informations sur le forum, fais ceci :
- après le redémarrage de l'ordi, double-clique sur l'icône pour lancer SAS.
- Clique sur "Préférences" puis sur l'onglet "Statistics/Logs ".

ok ensuite ceci :
Scan en ligne Kaspersky :
▶ Désactive ton antivirus
▶ Rends toi sur ce site : https://www.kaspersky.fr/?domain=webscanner.kaspersky.fr (avec Internet Explorer uniquement)
▶ En bas à droite, clique sur Démarrer Online-scanner
▶ Dans la nouvelle fenêtre qui s'affiche clique sur J'accepte
▶ Accepte les Contrôle ActiveX
▶ Choisis Poste de travail pour le scan.
▶ Celui-ci terminé, sauvegarde le rapport (choisis fichier texte) et poste le dans ta prochaine réponse.

il sont verrouillé c'est normale : Ce sont en général des fichiers protégés par le système.
Ils ne sont pas infectés, il ne faut pas les supprimer.

Il est impératif de désactiver le résident TeaTimer de Spybot pendant l'ensemble des manipulations qui vont suivre. Aide Tea-Timer : http://ww11.genproc.com/spybot/spybot.html
Il est impératif de désactiver le résident de A-Squared pendant l'ensemble des manipulations qui vont suivre. Aide A-Squared : http://ww11.genproc.com/a-squared/a-squared.html
Dans CCleaner, clique sur "Options", "Avancé" et décoche la case "Effacer uniquement les fichiers, du dossier Temp de Windows, plus vieux que 48 heures".
Par la suite, laisse-le avec ses réglages par défaut. C'est tout.
# Etape 1/ Télécharge :
- MSNFix http://sosvirus.changelog.fr/MSNFix.zip (!aur3n7) et décompresse-le sur le Bureau.
Redémarre en mode sans échec comme indiqué ici https://www.wekyo.com/demarrer-le-pc-en-mode-sans-echec-windows-7-et-8/ ; Choisis ta session courante *** DeathAnbu *** (pour retrouver le rapport, clique sur le raccourci "Rapport GenProc[1]" sur ton bureau).
# Etape 2/
Lance le fichier MSNFix.bat qui se trouve dans le dossier MSNfix, sur le bureau.
- Exécute l'option R.
- Si l'infection est détectée, exécute l'option N.
- Sauvegarde ce rapport sur ton bureau.
# Etape 3/
Lance CCleaner : "Nettoyeur"/"lancer le nettoyage" et c'est tout.
# Etape 4/
Redémarre normalement et poste, dans la même réponse :
- Le contenu du rapport msnfix.txt situé dans D:\WINDOWS ;

pour résumé j'ai fait tout ce qui ma était demandé de faire dans le rapport
voici les deux rapports MSN fix :( j'ai du redémarrer encore 2 fois en mode sans échec pour éradiqué la menace )
plus celui d'hijackthis
PS: j'ai désactivé la restauration système

pour malwarebytes je possède déjà(à jour), j'ai fait il y a ~ 20 min de cela, un scan complet(mode sans échec) & il n'a rien trouvé
en ce moment je refait un scan avec A2squared free(à jour & en mode sans echec) je posterai le rapport des que le scan auras finit
EDIT: le Scan à finit & il n'a rien trouvé ( pour la rapport je ne peux pas j'utilise un autre pc )
je viens de lancé avast home pour scan, complet + archives (toujours en mode sans echec)
juste pour avoir la certitude qu'il n'y a plus rien

j'ai déjà tout nettoyé avec ccleaner registre & nettoyeur
par contre le scan d'avast n'a rien trouvé, mai dois quand même faire le scan avec S.A.S
que j'ai téléchargé mai pas installé

Ok supprime ce que SAS à trouvé, ensuite fait ceci, et je te dis à demain :
Télécharger RemoveIT Pro
Fais un scan et poste moi le full rapport log.
A la fin du 1er scan, s'il demande de faire un scan complet dite oui et à la fin du 2ème scan, si virus trouvé cliquez sur fix pour nettoyer des virus trouvés.

RemoveIT Pro avait trouvé 2 infections après le 1er scan,ensuite j'ai fait un scan complet comme tu me la demandé (hier soir) rien trouvé apparemment
j'ai allumé le pc ce matin & fai un scan avec remove it, il me dit que tout est propre (voir rapport plus bas)
edit: j'ai par la même occasion refait un scan avec hijackthis

pour removeIt oui il en a trouvé 7 infections dans 2 fichiers (enfin je pense)
mai de tout j'ai fait 2 foi le scan
1er fois (hier soir il a dectecté au 1er scan donc j'ai mis un scan plus approfondi
2eme ce matin 1er scan (il n'a rein trouvé)
pour kapersky je posterai un rapport (je te tiendrais au courant)
A tout ^^

tu parle remove it : Ok mai ce pendant pourquoi des fichiers/ dossiers sont apparu lors du rapport & ne peux les supprimé

non du rapport kapersky que je t'ai envoyé par MP
ils y a plein de dossiers & fichiers verrouillé (même si le scan n'a rien trouvé de nuisible )
sinon je n'ai plus aucun virus, espion, malware....... sur mon pc ?

ok merci, mai sinon j'ai un dossier qui a une long série de chiffres & lettres + sous dossier AMd64 & I386 qui fait 0 KO ( vide quoi) c'est normale que je ne puis pas le supprimé ?
