Hello,
With Outlook Express (on Vista), I set up a read receipt for sending my emails; upon sending, I receive the message below, and I don't know what it means or how to fix it. Thank you for your ideas and advice.

Subject: [!! SPAM] Successful Mail Delivery Report
This is the mail system at host mwinf2002.orange.fr.
Your message was successfully delivered to the destination(s) listed below.
If the message was delivered to the mailbox, you will receive no further
notifications. Otherwise, you may still receive notifications of mail
delivery errors from other systems.
