Bonjour, mon ordi est super lent , AU SECOURS, je n'arrive même pas à vous écrire tellement les lettres s'affiches petit à petit.
Equipé d'un protable PAckard Bell, AMD turion 64x2 Wista familliale, j'ai depuis quelques jours l'UC à 100% et depuis ma vie est un enfer.
Impossible de travailler , quand j'ouvre des pages c'est une éternité et pourtant j'ai Norton antivirus, Zone Lab et SPY bot, c'est 2 derniers que j'ai désinstallé car aucun résultat.
J'ai même restauré complètement mon ordi et j'ai l'impression que c'est pire.
Soit je me sort de ce pétrin soit je retourne au papyrus.

.cliques sur download
.cliques sur download Hijackthis installer
.enregistres le sur le bureau
.Tu fermes tout les programmes ouverts y compris le navigateur. sauf ton anti-virus et pare-feux
.installes le , il va s'installer par défaut dans C:\Program Files\Trend Micro\HijackThis
.Cliques sur "Do a system scan and save the logfile"
.Cela va t'ouvrir un bloc note à la fin du scan.
.Copie son contenu et poste le dans ton prochain message. sinon le rapport est dans C:\Program Files\Trend Micro\HijackThis\ hijackthis "document texte"

Comme indiqué dans mon message, j'ai retiré ces antivirus.
La solution semble on ne peut plus compliqué c'est pourquoi je fais apppel à vos connaissances que je n'ai malheureusement pas.

Démarrer, panneau de configuration, comptes d'utilisateurs, cliquer sur

-> Clique sur "FindyKill.exe" pour lancer l'installe de l'outil . Ne touche surtout pas aux paramètres d'installation.

--> Double-clique sur le raccourci " FindyKill " qui est sur ton bureau .
-->choisis l'option 1 ( recherche ). Puis laisse travailler l'outil sans rien toucher ...
Une fois terminé, poste le rapport FindyKill.txt qui est généré ...
( Note : le rapport est sauvegardé à la racine du disque -> C:\FindyKill.txt )
PS : "Process.exe", une composante de l'outil, est détecté par certains antivirus (AntiVir, Dr.Web, Kaspersky Anti-Virus) comme étant un RiskTool.

->Enregistre-le sur ton bureau et pas ailleurs !
!! Déconnecte toi et ferme toutes les applications en cours !!
( Si ton anti-virus s'affolle au moment de l'enregistrement ou de l'utilisation de l'outil , ignore l'alerte ...)
-> Clique sur "FindyKill.exe" pour lancer l'installe de l'outil . Ne touche surtout pas aux paramètres d'installation.

--> Double-clique sur le raccourci " FindyKill " qui est sur ton bureau .
-->choisis l'option 1 ( recherche ). Puis laisse travailler l'outil sans rien toucher ...
Une fois terminé, poste le rapport FindyKill.txt qui est généré ...
( Note : le rapport est sauvegardé à la racine du disque -> C:\FindyKill.txt )
PS : "Process.exe", une composante de l'outil, est détecté par certains antivirus (AntiVir, Dr.Web, Kaspersky Anti-Virus) comme étant un RiskTool.

merci beaucoup pour votre assistance, néanmoins mon UC fait toujours des pic à 100 % et souvent lorsque
j'ouvre des pages internet.
Petite remarque au cas ou il y aurait un lien, dans le gestionnaire des tâches l'applications qui me prend le plus de mémoire est iexplore.exe 179256 K, le suivant étant dwn. exe 33368 K.
Donc mon problème n'est pas tout à fait résolu, mais je tiens à vous faire part de ma gratitude au sujet de l'investissement et de l'attention que ce forum (part votre intermédiaire) porte à ceux qui sollicitent une aide rapide et opérationnelle.

Aprés avoir épuisé toutes vos solutions quelles manipulations dois-je effectuer car je suis vraiment désarmé.

Aprés un petit test, je suis persuadé que mon problème réside dans l'ouverture des pages internet car comme je vous l'ai indiqué dans mon précédent message le fichier iexplore.exe utilise beaucoup de mémoire et lorsque je ferme ma connexion l'UC retombe entre 4 et 20.
