Hello,
Since today my DD STOREX MPIX 353 750Go is asking me to format it to FAT 32
whether I respond Yes or No it doesn't want to know anything and gets stuck on this message, impossible to turn it off with the remote control.
I connected it to my PC with Vista and it is no longer recognized by the workstation

Good evening,
1 / Check that the USB cable is properly plugged in and in good condition.
2 / Test on another USB port
3 / Check that the power outlet or the hard drive is plugged in securely
4 / Perform the following manipulation: USB hard drive powered on and connected to the PC, control panel / hardware and sound / device manager / disk drives, right-click on the line of the relevant external hard drive / uninstall / confirm / exit the manager, then unplug and replug the USB power of the hard drive.
Vista will "cleanly" reinstall the hard drive driver by itself.

I have the same problem, I followed the instructions you gave but it doesn't work.
I have a Storex MPIX 353 500GB, it's connected to my TV, yesterday it was working perfectly and now I have a message on my TV saying complete formatting: all data will be lost! Are you sure you want to format the disk in FAT32? I didn't answer yes because I don't want to lose my data!!
I tried to connect it to my laptop, same thing, it was working fine before but now it can't install the device driver. heeeeeeeelp please

Hello, I'm on a Mac
I bought a Storex Mpix 353 external hard drive today.
I installed it as instructed in the manual, power on, turned it on, connected it to a USB port.
Unfortunately, when I try to transfer files to it from my computer, the transfer window appears just fine, but nothing happens. There's no progress in the transfer, it seems stuck. Moreover, it's impossible to cancel the transfer or close the window.
If you have any ideas or advice, thank you in advance.
