Bonjour,
j'ai un pc portable toshiba satellite p300 (de moins de 3 mois )dont le démarrage de vista est très long.

Que faire?

vista edition familial prenium service pack 1
intel core 2 duo cpu t6400 2.00ghz 2 coeurs 2 processeurs logiques
4 go de ram
ati mobilité radeon hd 3650

j'ai deja fait un peu de menage dans msconfig
passer ccleaner , malwarebytes et spybot , mais rien ne change

Ce que MalwareBytes a détecté et supprimé correspond à GoogleChrome, qui collecte certaines informations...

Il n'y a pas d'autres infections sur ton ordinateur, par contre, je peux t'aider à l'optimiser pour le rendre un peu plus rapide, si tu le souhaites.


P.S : le robot situé à l'adresse hijackthis.de n'est plus mis à jour, ne te fie pas à ce qu'il dit.

Voici donc des conseils pour sécuriser ton ordinateur, et pour le rendre plus rapide :)



1) Les barres d'outils

Souvent installées avec d'autres logiciels sans que l'utilisateur y fasse attention, les barres d'outils se multiplient sur les ordinateurs et ont deux résultats : ralentir les ordinateurs et provoquer des bugs des navigateurs.
Je te conseille vivement de désinstaller les tiennes, tu en as 2 !  (barre d'outil Google, Windows Live).
Pour ça, ferme ton navigateur, puis Menu démarrer --> Panneau de configuration --> ajout/suppression de programmes --> désinstalle la Google Toolbar et la Windows Live Toolbar.



2) Sécurise ton ordinateur 

• Anti-virus : 
Je vois l'antispyware de PCTools sur les rapports (Spyware Doctor) mais pas l'antivirus... Si c'est ClamWin (qui est proposé avec Spyware Doctor), tu peux le désinstaller : cet antivirus ne protège pas en temps réel et ne fait que des scans à la demande.

Parmi les antivirus gratuits, je te recommande d'installer Antivir, qui est le plus efficace : télécharge le ici.

• Anti-spyware :
* Désactive le TeaTimer de Spybot (garde le seulement pour les vaccinations) Lance Spybot --> clique sur Mode => coche Mode avancé => Outils => Résident => décoche la case Résident Tea Timer
* En complément, garde MalwareBytes pour son scan de nettoyage performant.

• Pour naviguer sur internet plus en sécurité et à l’abri des publicités, je te conseille vivement d’installer et d'utiliser le navigateur Firefox. Une fois que c'est fait, lance le et installe les deux extensions de sécurité suivantes :
AdBlockPlus pour bloquer les publicités ;
WOT, pour t'avertir des sites web dangereux.

• Java n'est pas à jour, c'est une faille de sécurité.
Il faut d'abord désinstaller l'ancienne version : Ouvre le menu démarrer --> panneau de configuration --> ajout/suppression de programmes --> sélectionne toutes les versions de java présentes et désinstalle les.
Ensuite, télécharge et installe la nouvelle version depuis le site officiel de java : https://java.com/fr/

• Adobe Reader n’est pas à jour, c’est une faille de sécurité. Désinstalle le en allant dans menu démarrer --> panneau de configuration --> ajout/suppression de programmes. Puis télécharge et installe la nouvelle version.



3) Relance Hijackthis (pour la dernière fois), choisis "scan system only" et coche les lignes suivantes qui sont inutiles (j'ai intégré les barres d'outils dans cette liste) :

Si tu as bien mis à jour Adobe Reader comme je te l'ai recommandé, cette ligne devrait apparaitre, tu peux la cocher : O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [Adobe Reader Speed Launcher] "C:\Program Files\Adobe\Reader 9.0\Reader\Reader_sl.exe" 

Coche également toutes les lignes commençant par 016

Ensuite, clique sur "Fix checked" 



4) Télécharge et installe CCleaner  (si ce n’est déjà fait) : https://www.ccleaner.com/ccleaner/download

Lance CCleaner
Option --> avancé --> décoche « effacer uniquement les fichiers plus vieux que 48h »
Puis nettoyeur --> Analyse > Lancer le nettoyage, puis sur OK dans la fenêtre qui s' affiche.
Enfin, registre --> corrige toutes les erreurs, et recommence jusqu'à ce qu'il ne trouve plus d'erreurs.

(Tu peux garder ce logiciel et l'utiliser régulièrement).



5) Pour finir le nettoyage, il faut purger la restauration du système (pour supprimer les points de restauration infectés). 

• Menu démarrer --> clic droit sur ordinateur --> propriétés --> protection du système
• Désactive la restauration du système sur tous les lecteurs
• Clique sur OK. 

Puis refais la manipulation inverse pour réactiver la restauration système. 



6) Je t'invite enfin à visiter cette page qui t'apportera des informations de prévention et de protection contre les infections (environ 15 minutes de lecture très instructive et utile):

7) Télécharge JkDefrag sur ton Bureau 
Ce petit programme permet de défragmenter le disque dur (plus efficace que l'utilitaire de défragmentation de Windows). 

Je te conseille de le lancer en mode sans échec pour augmenter son efficacité : pour cela, redémarre ton ordinateur et tapote sur la touche F8 jusqu'à l'affichage du menu des options avancées de Windows, et sélectionne "Mode sans échec". Choisis ta session habituelle et double clique sur le fichier Jkdefreg.exe présent dans le dossier Jkdefrag (si tu as choisis la version sans installation). 
La défragmentation peut durer plusieurs heures, et il ne faut pas utiliser l'ordinateur pendant ceci (tu peux le faire de nuit s'il faut). 

Redémarre ton ordinateur, et dis moi si tu constates une amélioration.

Ah je vois que finalement tu as installé AntiVir :)

Le fichier dont tu parles dans l'autre sujet correspond à Windows Media Center, il n'est normalement pas néfaste.


Essaye de faire ceci :

• Rends toi sur le site https://www.virustotal.com/gui/
• Clique sur Parcourir, et navigue jusqu'au fichier suivant et valide : 
• Clique sur "Envoyer le fichier" : s'il a déjà été analysé, demande une nouvelle analyse.
• Fais un copier/coller du rapport sur le forum.

Si tu ne trouves pas le fichier, fais ceci :
• Menu Démarrer --> Panneau de configuration --> Options des dossiers --> Affichage
• Coche "Afficher les fichiers et dossiers cachés", décoche "Masquer les extensions de fichiers connus", décoche "Masquer les fichiers protégés du Système", puis valide.
• Tu pourras à nouveau masquer les fichiers cachés une fois la manipulation terminée, si tu le souhaites.

Pour le fichier gênant, est-ce que tu peux faire un clic-droit dessus et aller dans propriétés ?
Si oui, quelle est sa taille ? Y a-t-il une option "Débloquer" ? Est-ce que la case lecture seule est cochée ?

Sinon, on peut simplement supprimer ce fichier si tu n'utilises pas Windows Media Center.

* WOT, pour t'avertir des sites web dangereux. Je l'ai mis , mais je me servais déja de McAfee site advisor qui fait pareil

* mise a jour java et adobe

* j'ai beau fixé la ligne 09 (ebay) , elle revient constamment


* je post apres un imprim' ecran sur le chemin que je trouve pour les deux dossiers qui me bloquent antivir et mbam , voir si je cherche a la bonne place.

Tu auras toujours les vaccinations, et le résident SDHelper (qui bloque certaines certaines infections 
Le résident TeaTimer ne sert qu'à surveiller le Registre, mais j'ai pu constater à plusieurs reprises qu'il n'arrive généralement pas à bloquer les infections... Tu peux le garder si tu préfères, mais personnellement je le trouve inutile (et donc à désactiver, puisque tu as besoin d'accélérer ton ordinateur)

  non , j'ai essayer de le supprimer (au fait , j'ai trouve le bon chemin d'acces au fichier) , mais en allant voir sur la toile , il parait qu'on ne pas le supprimer car il fait parti de windows
il n'y a rien dans la suppression de programmes
donc je l'ai supprimé mais j'ai fait marche arriere (avec restauration a une date ulterieure) car les scan bloquaient toujours sur les memes fichiers (donc media centeur)

Y-a-t-il moyen de "réparer" media centreur ?

Je parlais de supprimer les deux fichiers sur lesquels ça bloque, et non tout le logiciel Media Center ;)

J'espère que tu n'as pas restauré trop loin en arrière (et que tu avais purgé la restauration du système en fin de désinfection comme je te l'ai demandé) sinon tu as annulé tout ce qu'on a fait et on va devoir refaire la désinfection...

Quand tu auras tout réinstallé, plein de programmes vont à nouveaux se lancer inutilement au démarrage... Avec le rapport hijackthis, je pourrai t'aider à supprimer certaines lignes comme on l'avait déjà fait, et à resécuriser ton ordinateur ;)

Voici donc les derniers conseils


1) Sécurise ton ordinateur 

• Anti-virus : 
Antivir est un excellent choix, garde le. Juste un petit réglage à faire : 
Double clique sur l'icone d'Antivir près de l'horloge --> Configuration --> Coche « mode expert » --> coche « Rech. Rootkits au dem. de la recherche »

• Pour naviguer sur internet plus en sécurité et à l’abri des publicités, je te conseille vivement d’installer et d'utiliser le navigateur Firefox. Une fois que c'est fait, lance le et installe les deux extensions de sécurité suivantes :
AdBlockPlus pour bloquer les publicités ;
WOT, pour t'avertir des sites web dangereux.

• Vérifie les mises à jour de tes programmes régulièrement à l'aide de ce petit logiciel : Update Checker



2) Relance Hijackthis (pour la dernière fois), choisis "scan system only" et coche les lignes suivantes qui sont inutiles :

Si tu souhaites rendre ton ordinateur plus rapide, tu peux aussi désactiver la barre de gadget (qui apparaît à droite de l'écran au démarrage de l'ordinateur) en cochant ces deux lignes :

3) Télécharge et installe CCleaner  (si ce n’est déjà fait) : https://www.ccleaner.com/ccleaner/download

Lance CCleaner
Clique sur Nettoyeur --> Analyse > Lancer le nettoyage, puis sur OK dans la fenêtre qui s' affiche.
Enfin, Registre --> corrige toutes les erreurs, et recommence jusqu'à ce qu'il ne trouve plus d'erreurs.

(Tu peux garder ce logiciel et l'utiliser régulièrement).
