Philips CD 445 phone and Livebox ????

Hello,
I just set up the mini livebox. Can you tell me if the Philips CD 445 Duo phone is compatible with the Thomson livebox (Windows Vista on laptop)?
A first attempt allows me to make a call to the outside but not to receive a call.
Configuration: Windows Vista Internet Explorer 7.0

    voip = voice on ip = voice over internet

    for the connection: no difficulty, anyway the connection is correct since the call goes through

    unplug the LB from the power for five minutes and plug it back in (initialization and resynchronization)
    wait for the lights to be activated
    @ + tel + wifi: fixed on
    >> : blinks 3 times _______***___________***______________***__________***

    if it still doesn't work, call 3900

      Thank you for the tip, the whole phone works; I just had to unplug the LV and plug it back in after a few minutes.

    I have the same problem and it doesn't work. Do I need to connect the phone and then turn off the Livebox for a good 5 minutes and wait for all the lights to be steady, or is there another method?

      What do you mean by VoIP?
      Just for info, the phone was purchased in 2007 and works very well.
      The problem is just connecting this phone to the Livebox.
      It seems that I can make an outgoing call but cannot receive incoming calls when I connect it conventionally to the box.
