bonjour,

voici mon probleme, depuis peu de temps mon PC est beaucoup plus long au demarrage. je soupconne un virus provennant de windows live messenger car l affichage de certains de mes contacts a été modifié.
de plus j ai quelques soucis de navigation avec internet eplorer ( actualisation des pages constantes)
pourriez vous me dire SVP si je suis infecté ou pas ???

si tu as le logiciel spybot sur ton ordinateur suit l’étape 1 sinon passe directement à l’étape2.

I)Désactivation du Tea Timer de spybot:

lance ton logiciel spybot puis clique sur "Mode" puis clique(coche) sur "Mode avancé" 
Une colonne de menus apparaît dans la partie gauche :

Puis clique sur"Outils"puis "Résident" decoche moi cette case "Résident Teatimer" .

Normallement il ne devrait plus avoir d’icones de spybot dans ta barre de taches.

laisses le désactivé,tu le réactivera plus tard à la fin de la désinfection .

II)Telecharge et enregistre sur ton bureau Hijackthis :

1)Va sur l’icône de hijackthis qui est sur ton bureau puis fait clique droit sur cet icône puis  renommer  et renomme le  teste.exe 
2)Double clique sur l’icône  teste.exe qui à été renommé puis clique sur éxécuter pour l’installer.
3)le menu se lance Clique sur la case  Do a system scan and save the log 
4)Un rapport s’ouvre   copie et colle  le dans ta prochaine réponse

Salut, Pour avancer : Toujours le teatimer désactivé. Désactive l’UAC (User Account Control) le temps de la désinfection. Démarrer, Panneau de configuration, Comptes d’utilisateurs, Désactiver le contrôle des comptes d’utilisateur. (Manipulation inverse pour le remettre en fin de désinfection). (Cela va permettre aux outils de désinfection de travailler correctement). Télécharge Malwarebytes’ Anti-Malware = = = = >>> En cliquant ici <<< = = = = - Sur la page cliques sur Télécharger Malwarebyte’s Anti-Malware - Enregistres le sur le bureau - Double cliques sur le fichier téléchargé pour lancer le processus d’installation - Lorsqu’il te le sera demandé, met à jour Malwarebytes anti malware - Si le pare-feu demande l’autorisation de se connecter pour malwarebytes, acceptes - Une fois la mise à jour terminée, ferme Malwarebytes - Double-cliques sur l’icône de malwarebytes pour le relancer - Dans l’onglet, Recherche, probablement ouvert par défaut, - Sélectionne Exécuter un examen complet - Clique sur Rechercher - Le scan démarre - A la fin de l’analyse, un message s’affiche : L’examen s’est terminé normalement. Cliquez sur ‘Afficher les résultats’ pour afficher tous les objets trouvés. - Cliques sur Ok pour poursuivre. - Si des malwares ont été détectés, cliques sur Afficher les résultats - Sélectionnes tout (ou laisses cochés) et cliques sur Supprimer la sélection Malwarebytes va détruire les fichiers et clés de registre et en mettre une copie dans la quarantaine. - Malwarebytes va ouvrir le bloc-notes et y copier le rapport d’analyse. - Rends toi dans l’onglet rapport/log - Tu cliques dessus pour l’afficher une fois affiché - Tu cliques sur édition en haut du bloc notes, et puis sur sélectionner tout - Tu recliques sur édition et puis sur copier et tu reviens sur le forum et dans ta réponse - Tu cliques droit dans le cadre de la réponse et coller Si tu as besoin d’aide regarde ce tutorial ICI PS : je pars jusqu'à dimanche soir.
