Good evening, my PS3 is flashing green and doesn't want to turn off; it's impossible to load the user and go into the settings. I'm really lost here, please ;) thank you to everyone who will take the time to read me, thanks in advance
Configuration: Windows Vista Internet Explorer 7.0

    And by pressing and holding the touch button for a long time?
    Otherwise, if it doesn't work, reboot it electrically, and if the problem persists, go see a repairman.

    Hello and thank you for replying. When it’s pressed, it makes beeping sounds and doesn’t turn off. What do you mean by rebooting it electrically? I’m completely inexperienced, so please be clear and precise. Thanks in advance for your help ;)

    Help !!! I have the same problem !!!! I took my PS3 to my friend's place and when I got back, I connected it and there's no menu anymore ?? When I want to turn it off, the light blinks green and it won't shut down, I have to hold the button for more than 10 seconds to force it to stop! I don't want to lose all my data.................. HELP !

    Hello,

    Configuration: Windows XP / Internet Explorer 8.0

    I have a new PS3 320GB
    I was downloading a game and normally it shuts down automatically after the download
    but I noticed that instead of shutting down to red
    it blinks green
    so I rebooted it electrically
    now it wants to restore all my data and files
    but it keeps restarting
    is this normal?
    I need to click OK
    restore all my files
    over and over
    what should I do?
