Xp tres long

Bonjour,
Le pc de mon père est très long et je ne sait pas pouquoi. Il se trouve que XP met 13 minutes à se lancer (trouvé avec bootvis). Il est lent également pour toutes applications. Or, il a un très bon processeur, 1Gz de RAM et de la mémoire swap comme il faut.

Je vous économise de la salive:
J'ai nettoyé avec ccleaner et spy bot
Le disque dur n'est pas en mode PIO
J'ai supprimé presque tous les services au démarrage
J'ai défragmenté
Je NE veux PAS reformater.

Comment faire pour qu'il revienne à une vitesse normale?

    Il a Kaspersky. J'ai la même version que lui sur mon PC et je n'ai aucun problême.
    J'ai oublié de préciser également que c'est du XP SP3.
