Need help with a thesis!

Hello everyone!

So here I am introducing myself, my name is Francois, I am 19 years old and I am studying for a BTM in chocolate making.
I’m reaching out because I need a lot of precise information about creating an online store, as I am writing a thesis for my BTM exam, which is 30 pages long, and the theme of this thesis is:

"Can we create a chocolate shop with only an online point of sale?"

I found this thesis idea very innovative but quite difficult to tackle given the amount of information I find online! And here I am a bit lost! because all the information I find is based on topics that are far too advanced on the IT level; I need clear information, not professional-level information on creating an online shop.
The information I need:
- The number of online shops that exist in France
- The costs of creating a website (don’t forget that I need to write about 1 page per topic)
- The ongoing maintenance costs
- The costs of updates
- Comparison with the costs of establishing a physical location
- Advertising methods
- The reluctance to shop online
- The history of the internet, history of the first online shop
- Payment methods
- The legislation of an online shop

I’m not asking you to write it for me, but just to help me a bit, guide me, put me on the right track!
