    Administrative secretariat? And you can't manage to put together 2 sentences in clear and understandable language (knowing how to type on a keyboard is pretty much essential)

    Anyway, Google is your friend, keywords: "internship report template" and you choose the one you like from the many templates available.
    As a bonus, you can add "word", "indesign" to the keywords depending on the format you want.
