I can't read bin and cue files, can someone

The .bin and .cue files are respectively a CD image (so a sort of exact copy of a CD in the form of a file) and the .cue file is the reading key for the tracks (if I remember correctly). The .bin / .cue files are not "read" per se but are managed by burning programs (Nero Burning Rom being one of them) or virtual disk readers (like Daemon Tools, same citation). If you want to read the content but don’t have a burner, go download Daemon Tools (free).
And if you want to burn your CD image, well, you need a burner and of course the burning program that goes with it.
Nero Burning Rom (not free but unlimited demo version in use but limited in days)
There are others of course but look for a bit yourself, and manage with these programs I’m not going to explain them to you, lazybones.
