Hello,

A client owes me €1,200. The case has gone to court and the judgment was that this person must pay me.
However, they still haven't paid me, what should I do to recover this amount?

Thank you for your advice.

    Hello!
1- The judgment (containing an enforceable clause... 'We order that Mr. X...' for example) must have been delivered to the debtor by the bailiff.
2- Either the debtor complies (all at once or several times if there are real difficulties...).
Or he turns a deaf ear. Judicial recovery will need to be initiated... Consult a REAL bailiff (not an amicable recovery thing...) equipped with the judgment. If the debtor does not comply, he exposes himself to a seizure (generally from the 1/3 holder, e.g.: the employer...).
If the debtor is insolvent, there will be little chance of recovering the debt...
Attention! There is a deadline to initiate the recovery (under penalty of foreclosure)!
    See you!
