Hello,
I downloaded the international client of Perfect World last night, and in this client (and its servers) there are only English players =S I would like to know if there is a patch or update that can "turn" the international client into a French client.
You might tell me to download it from the official French game website, but I have already tried that, and I can tell you it takes a good ten hours, even with a very good connection (54mbits/s) and even with Internet Download Manager

The server was created by those from Perfect World France. The admin is a big coward who ran off with the money.

I will present the online game, Perfect World, ADC HISTORY server. Some will say it's a private server, therefore illegal. No, if the server is created and managed in another country, French laws have no effect. Besides, no law from France states:
"It is forbidden to play on a tolerated private server in another country."
Unlike the Perfect World France server, the ADC HISTORY server is honest. The admin and his staff do not spend their time lying x_x. I must also point out that Perfect World France uses rather low tactics... like trying to hack players or ex-players. This happened to me, luckily I have good antivirus. In short, ADC HISTORY is made up only of good people, the staff is very present, and they do not tolerate troublemakers.
Even the players' homosexuality is highlighted! Same-sex marriage is not forbidden :).
The server offers you an advanced version, with many more items, possibilities, and others; I can name, for example:
- new fashions
- house purchases (or coming soon)
- new mounts
- dungeons
- improved graphics
The rates of the server are as follows:
- experience X5
- gold X5
- drop X5
- skills points X7
A dedicated server (of course), an entire French version. Staff is attentive and, unlike some, do not think they are gods.
Unfortunately, the server's radio is not yet ON, but with patience, it will be soon.
Let's talk about events! They are numerous and especially very varied. The goal is not the strongest, it’s mainly about having FUN. Contests are sometimes organized, like recently, the "best-screener" contest; I will let you admire the magnificence of this game, well, especially the server ;).
The price of cubigold is significantly reduced compared to other servers, it is actually the only server that offers such low prices! The item shop is also lowered, the quality of gameplay is enormous, even rare if we look around.... I've never seen a team that makes as much effort for the comfort of players, and of course, this is without return :).
I hope you will be there; the server is young, the quality is serious, and the fun is plentiful; there isn’t a day that resembles another on ADC HISTORY!!! It’s pixelated paradise, no exaggeration :3.

It's not the GMs who translate but a team of volunteers (who probably don't get a dime from all the "donations").
except that the French server is not official and that the "promise" of translation has been around for quite some time (I played it for a while)

I play on PWfrance.
Indeed, a lot of money circulates without knowing where it actually goes. GMs are not paid (except in virtual currency in the game). The same goes for translators and all other volunteers.
But it has the advantage of being partially translated and having a francophone community of 99.9%.
There are many players and 2 servers, and the rate is only x2, which is rare for a PVP server. (They also have a PVE server).
I do not support this server because of the legal aspect, as there is another company that has bought the distribution and translation rights in France. Unfortunately, their translation is taking time to come out, and PWFrance already has its place on the market with its partial translation.
So PWfrance are good scammers who have managed to take advantage of a free space, but at least they offer players something that cannot be found on other servers: a fully francophone community and a start of the game's translation.

It's cool to advertise yourself, but there are limits to usage. If there's player hacking and you were a victim and can prove it, we now know where the money from the PWfrance server goes (lawyers).
Moreover, they have no reason to hack you; they could just ban you from the server (which they often do for problematic cases).
You say that GMs think they're gods. I agree that they are arrogant but in the sense that it’s their role in the game (it’s an RPG).
So I'm not really advertising for PWfrance. I'm just playing on it while waiting for the official French version.

What do you think about the constant cheating on PW France with the abuse of rules when it suits them? lol PW France is a gathering of bad players who only think about cheating to the detriment of you perhaps. Sorry, I have experienced this. For your information, I am still on PW and not banned; I am simply collecting evidence of their scams.

Hello, if you want to play on PW maybe PW France is good. However, on the side of the GM, they are not very skilled at it. I'm sorry to say this, but I played there for at least 2 years, and I regret spending money to get cubis-gold >< so be careful ^^
Hi! I also play on Pwfrance and unfortunately, if you don't go through Pwfrance.fr, you won't find anything at all! Yes, I know it takes forever, but I assure you it's worth it ^^. The players are 100% French and the interface is the same, and finally, the quests are in English, but the promise from the ODO and GM is that everything will become French. But the French server is better because from time to time the GMs hold events.

Hey yes, I'm like you, I've been waiting for quite some time but if you've noticed, right now the MJs are tackling the mobs x) certain parts of the monster names are in French ^^ but you know imagine yourself in their place ^^ But anyway, we're making do with what we have! In any case, I'm having a blast with the game x)
Of course, I agree with you. Until today, I haven't had any proof to the contrary. Since all private servers are illegal, and since Pwfrance is a private server... now there are two servers. Well, I don't really know; I haven't looked into whether the rumors are true or false, even if most of the rumors are indeed true... Anyway, I still continue to play there. x)
Prohibiting the website of this private server (thus illegal, as explained above) to the developers, creators, and the production company of the game seems quite laughable to me...

Seriously, it would be cool if Perfect World FR were legal =''/ If it were legal, I would download it right away but a piece of advice..... I know people who play PW France and THEIR REAL MONEY HAS BEEN TAKEN (as if they were subscribed) WITHOUT ASKING AND WITHOUT AUTHORIZATION!!!! So avoid private servers because things like that can happen....
