Is MSI a good or bad brand?

I'm personally disappointed.
3 returns for warranty service.
Always the same problem. It won't turn on. Huge BUG.
It's a shame because the components were interesting for the price.
But it doesn't work....

MSI is one of the most reliable brands in laptops.

Yes, excellent laptop! I'm currently looking for one and I admit the one you're suggesting is very, very good and inexpensive (in my opinion). I'd gladly take the same one, but... 17" no thanks.
Otherwise, if that doesn't bother you, go for it and have no worries.

I have a GTX 570 Twin Frozr II that failed on me 3 times, always the same thing: an increase of 10MHz on the GPU and bam! The card is dead.. Who knows why! 3 times with 3 MSI GTX 570...

Extremely disappointed with this brand. Moreover, over time the fans make noise and squeak at a certain speed... So it's to be avoided!
