Help sur analyse des log hijackthis

bonjour à vous,
SVP, j'ai besoin de votre aide pour analyser les logs hijackthis de mon pc.
j'ai un fichier malware détecté par la version freeware de "a2 starsystème" , éliminé par celle ci...mais qui revient au bout de 5 minutes de navigation. j'ai peut être d'autres infections...
du coup, je reboote trente fois par jour mon pc qui se bloque en permanence.
je remercie d'avance la bonne âme qui me viendra en aide.

ce processus : 1) crtl+alt+supp (tu l'arrêtes dans le gestionnaire des tâches) et 2) tu repasses sur le log et tu fixes (suis bien la procédure)

*reboot ton ordi
*nettoie le cache internet (options internet : supprimer cookies et temps) vide ta corbeille
*effectue un nettoyage de disque (démarrer/program./accessoires/outils système/répondre OK à TOUT)

je redemarre après avoir éliminé ce que détecte ces softs (cokies...).
et là, je rescan avec hijeckthis et keskejvois ? les lignes 04 (nexdotnet ..) et 10 qui sont encore sur le pc.
j'ai refait trois fois toute la procédure et j'ai toujours le journal des logs suivant :
