Bonjour,
Depuis quelques jours, à chaque fois que j'allume mon ordinateur un dossier est ouvert (mes documents). On m'a dit que cela pouvait etre un virus, j'ai lancé avast et il détecte un win32: adware-gen, un win32: spyware-gen(trj) et un win32:dialer567 (trj). J'ai executé le scan en safe mode ansi qu'en mode régulier.
j'envoie le tout en quarataine, mais les virus reviennent.
J'ai donc fait des recherche sur net, et je suis tombée sur cette communauté. J'ai donc fait comme prescrit dans d'autres blog et j'ai fait un rapport avec hijackthis et voici le rapport que ça m'a donné.

Est-ce que quelqu'un pourrait m'aider, merci à l'avance du temps que vous allez prendre.

Un ordinateur voit s'ouvrir automatiquement le dossier Mes documents au démarrage et est signalé par l'antivirus Avast comme contenant des éléments Win32: adware-gen, spyware-gen(trj) et dialer567 (trj). Des mesures ont été tentées en mode Safe Mode et en mode normal, puis la quarantine a été utilisée, mais les menaces réapparaissent, suggérant une infection résiduelle et un rapport HijackThis. Par ailleurs, le rapport HijackThis montre des trous dans la suppression de modules, des BHO et des services Windows potentiellement malveillants, ainsi que des éléments dans les paramètres proxy et les zones de sécurité. D'autres précautions indiquent d'utiliser un outil de nettoyage supplémentaire et de vérifier les démarrages afin de supprimer les modifications persistantes et limiter les risques de réinfection.

Même si tu utilises Mozilla Firefox, il faut mettre à jour Internet Explorer.

Salut,

Tu as une jolie collection d'infections.

- Télécharge Random's System Information Tool (RSIT) (par random/random) sur ton Bureau.

- Double-clique sur RSIT.exe afin de lancer le programme.

- Clique sur Continue à l'écran Disclaimer.

- Si l'outil HijackThis (version à jour) n'est pas présent ou non détecté sur l'ordinateur, RSIT le téléchargera (autorise l'accès dans ton pare-feu, si demandé) et tu devras accepter la licence.

- Lorsque l'analyse sera terminée, deux fichiers texte s'ouvriront. Poste le contenu de log.txt (c'est celui qui apparaît à l'écran) ainsi que de info.txt (que tu verras dans la barre des tâches).

Note : Les rapports sont sauvegardés dans le dossier C:\rsit.

bon apparement tu as pas mal de saloperie sur ton pc.il faudrait tout d'abord faire un scan antivirus en ligne pour cela si tu utilise internet explorer je te conseille de faire un scan avec a2 squared scan en ligne avec internet explorer pas firefox voici le lien:

il est important de scanner son pc trés souvent moi je suis infecté en moyènne une fois par semaine,

apres cela il y en a d'autre a faire mais fait deja ca je lui fait confiance a ce scan il a trouvé beaucoup de chose que d'autre ont ignoré.aprés ca si tu découvre des trucs avec ce scan mets les en quarantaine et supprime.
je pense qu'on va se reparler alors suit bien ces instructions et tien moi au courant!!
au fait je vien de pister un truc sur ton log de hijackthis tu as 2 antivirus ou plus on dirait?si c'est le cas laisse-en un seul stplé possibilité de conflit( il y a des traces de avg antivirus,antivir et avast sur ton log hijack)((trois ca fait beaucoup kan meme))tien moi au courant bye

  Bonjour douchi59, merci tout d'abord pour tout le temps que tu me consacrera. Je suis surprise de savoir que j'ai une belle collection de virus, parce que mon ordi. fonctionne relativement bien...
  
  Bon premièment j'utilise mozilla firefox, alors pourrais tu me donner un lien pour le a2 squared scan.
  Deuxièmement, j'ai 2 anti-virus: AVG et AVAST.
  Troisièmement, il y d'autres personnes qui m'ont repondu et je ne sais laquelle suivre....

oui je sais certain pourrons dire que asquared n'est pas terrible question d'experience il m'a bcp aider mais je ne compte pas te lacher il y a beaucoup d'étape pour voir si ton pc est vraiment clean on y viendra fait deja ca.

---> Désinstalle Search Settings.

---> Télécharge Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware (MBAM) sur ton Bureau.
---> Double-clique sur le fichier téléchargé pour lancer le processus d'installation.
---> Dans l'onglet Mise à jour, clique sur le bouton Recherche de mise à jour : si le pare-feu demande l'autorisation à MBAM de se connecter à Internet, accepte.
---> Une fois la mise à jour terminée, rends-toi dans l'onglet Recherche.
---> Sélectionne Exécuter un examen rapide.
---> Clique sur Rechercher. L'analyse démarre.

A la fin de l'analyse, un message s'affiche :

L'examen s'est terminé normalement. Cliquez sur 'Afficher les résultats' pour afficher tous les objets trouvés.

---> Clique sur OK pour poursuivre. Si MBAM n'a rien trouvé, il te le dira aussi.
---> Ferme tes navigateurs.
Si des malwares ont été détectés, clique sur Afficher les résultats.
---> Sélectionne tout (ou laisse coché) et clique sur Supprimer la sélection, MBAM va détruire les fichiers et clés de registre infectés et en mettre une copie dans la quarantaine.
---> MBAM va ouvrir le Bloc-notes et y copier le rapport d'analyse. Copie-colle ce rapport dans ta prochaine réponse.

  J'ai vidé la quarantaine, relancé MBAM (pas de fichers trouvés). Et enfin j'ai refait le scan avec RSIT voici donc le résultat:

Tu dois avoir qu'un seul antivirus.

---> Désinstalle Avast et AVG.

---> Installe Antivir et mets-le à jour.

---> Double-clique sur l'icône d'Antivir (Parapluie) dans la barre des tâches.

---> Dans Antivir, choisis Outils puis Configuration.

---> Coche Mode Expert et coche Rech. Rootkit au dém. de la recherche à droite dans Autres réglages.

---> Fais un scan complet et poste le rapport.

---> Télécharge JavaRa.zip (de Paul 'Prm753' McLain et Fred de Vries) sur ton Bureau.
* Décompresse le fichier sur le Bureau (Clic droit > Extraire tout).
* Double-clique sur le répertoire JavaRa.
* Puis double-clique sur le fichier JavaRa.exe (le exe peut ne pas s'afficher).
* Choisis Français puis clique sur Select.
* Clique sur Recherche de mises à jour.
* Sélectionne Mettre à jour via jucheck.exe puis clique sur Rechercher.
* Autorise le processus à se connecter s'il le demande, clique sur Installer et suis les instructions d'installation qui prennent quelques minutes.
* L'installation est terminée, reviens à l'écran de JavaRa et clique sur Effacer les anciennes versions.
* Clique sur Oui pour confirmer. Laisse travailler et clique ensuite sur OK, puis une deuxième fois sur OK.
* Un rapport va s'ouvrir. Poste-le dans ta prochaine réponse.
* Ferme l'application.

Note : le rapport se trouve aussi dans C:\ sous le nom JavaRa.log.

salut Destrio5: où dois-je aller pour supprimer JavaRa? Mon PC semble bien aller, mais avant, ça allait aussi.
Le problème que j'avais était et est toujours là: lorsque je démarre mon PC un ficher est ouvert (mes documents), je ne sais pas si c'est normal...

Pour JavaRa, tu le supprimes tout simplement avec le clic droit.

---> Télécharge et installe CCleaner (N'installe pas la Yahoo Toolbar) :
* Lance-le. Va dans Options puis Avancé et décoche la case Effacer uniquement les fichiers etc....
* Va dans Nettoyeur, choisis Analyse. Une fois terminé, lance le nettoyage.
* Ensuite, choisis Registre, puis Chercher des erreurs. Une fois terminé, répare toutes les erreurs (Sauvegarde la base de registre).

  J'ai fermé et ensuite ouvert le PC et la page de mes documents est toujours ouverte lors du démarrage.

ok j'ai mis à jour Explorer et executer C:\Program Files\trend micro\Jonatan.exe. J'ai aussi coché les cases que vous m'avez demander. J'ai redemarrer mon PC et la fenetre est toujours ouverte. merci
