I don't know this software, Aviméca, but it seems I have already helped someone with similar software. I'm not sure at all.
Perhaps the XviD codec is not supported by this software.
If the video files are not very large, you can try converting your file with VirtualDub without compression, which means choosing uncompressed RGB/YCbCr in the video settings. I think, perhaps mistakenly, that the audio does not matter with this type of software.
There you go, it's just a suggestion, I have no certainty whether it will work or not.

Funny, I also have this codec "Cinepak by Radius" configurable in VirtualDub on my machine. I don't know where I got it from anymore ;)
