there is 1 pack of codecs to download in case of video playback failure

it's a zip file that you can unzip with 7zip

PS: take the one corresponding to your pc (32 or 64 bits) >> https://www.commentcamarche.net/informatique/windows/169-32-bits-ou-64-bits-comment-savoir/

run it as an administrator (right click) to install

once it's done, right click on >> codecs.zip >> extract to >> codecs

open the extracted folder and run the 2 EXE files as administrator (right click)
