petit problème actuellement, j'ai installé un logiciel pour faire des images gif (beneton qqchose), et cette cochonerie a installé un spyware avec, qui est détecté par malwarebyte's...

le rapport MBAM ? tu peu le poste

sinon redemarre sans echec " f8 au demarrage du pc aprés apparition de l'image BIOS"

et refait un scan RAPIDE avec MBAM

Va dans Ajout/Suppression de programmes et recherche une ligne contenant Relevantknowledge.

Si tu la trouves, désinstalle le programme.

Redémarre le PC <-- important
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Télécharge NoLop sur ton bureau
---> http://www.spywareedge.net

Ferme tous les autres programmes (Ton PC va redémarrer)

Double-clique sur NoLop.exe
Clique sur "Search and Destroy".
A la fin de l'analyse si une infection est trouvée, un message apparaîtra pour te demander de redémarrer, clique sur OK.
Clique sur REBOOT, un message apparaîtra au redémarrage.
Copie et colle ici le contenu du fichier NoLop.log que tu peux trouver à la racine de ton disque dur C:\NoLop.log

-NB: Si tu reçois une erreur, "mscomctl.ocx or one of its dependencies are not correctly registered", Télécharge mscomctl.ocx en l'enregistrant dans le dossier C:\WINDOWS\system32\ et relance NoLop.exe

puis télécharge hijackthis http://www.trendsecure.com/portal/en-US/_download/HJTInstall.exe
-> enregistre la cible sous .... "le bureau" renomme HJTInstall.exe en par exemple HJT.exe

-> Fais un double-clic sur "HJT.exe" afin de lancer l'installation

-> Clique sur Install ensuite sur "I Accept"

-> Clique sur" Do a scan system and save log file"

-> Le bloc-notes s'ouvrira, fais un copier-coller de tout son contenu ici dans ta prochaine réponse

je t'explique:
j'avais oublié de te dire que j'ai déja desinstallé le programme en question via le fichier "uninstall" du logiciel foireux..

j'ai lancé l'ordi en mode sans echec, et j'ai lancé Mbam... je t'ecris depuis un autre ordi en fait...

je vais faire ce que tu m'as dit de faire :)

Bonjour à vous,

* le pc est toujours infecté, pour avancer !

* Veilles a ce que l'UAC ( controle des comptes utilisateurs) soit bien desactivé

--> Telecharges ComboFix sur ton bureau :
http://download.bleepingcomputer.com/sUBs/ComboFix.exe

/!\ Desactives ton antivirus /!\

* Cliques-droit sur ComboFix.exe ( executer en tant qu'administrateur)
--> Un pop-up apparait --> réponds " oui "

( Il est conseillé d'installer la console de récupération)

--> Choisis la langue et tapes sur la touche 1 ( Yes) pour demarrer le scan

/!\ Ne touches ni à ta souris, ni à ton clavier durant le scan /!\

* En fin de scan, il est possible que ComboFix ait besoin de redemarrer pour
finir la desinfection, laisses faire

* Une fois le scan terminé, un rapport s'affiche, postes son contenu stp

Note: le rapport se trouve aussi à c:\combofix.txt

j'ai "fixé" avec Hijackthis, et j'ai enregistré Combofix sur mon bureau...
j'ai désactivé avast

impossible d'installer Combofix, un message d'erreur apparait...

- As tu desactivé le controle des comptes utilisateurs avant d'utiliser combofix ?

- As tu fais clic-droit ( executer en tant qu'administrateur?

* Sinon veille a ce qu'il soit bien desactivé :

--> Demarrer --> panneau de configuration --> comptes utilisarteur --> desactives le et redemarres le pc

puis essayes comme ça!

Re,

* Supprimes Avast c'est une vraie daube !

--> Telecharges avira ou là https://www.avira.com/ ( met le en français en haut à gauche)

--> Un tuto pour l'installer : https://www.malekal.com/avira-free-security-antivirus-gratuit/

* Pour supprimer Avast proprement ici :
https://www.avast.com/fr-fr/uninstall-utility

* Une fois Avira installé et mis à jour

--> Redemarres le pc en mode sans echec :

--> Tapotes sur la touche F8 ou F5 de ton clavier au demarrage du pc

--> Un ecran noir avec diverses options va apparaitre

--> Choisis mode sans echec et valides par la touche " Entrée " de ton clavier

* Lances Avira antivir et scanne ton pc

--> a la fin du scan, avira va generé un premier rapport

--> au redemarrage en mode normal, il relancera un scan

* Postes les rapports générés stp

il est indiqué q'une clé d'activation est crée, mais je n'ai pas entendu parler d eca pendant l'installation...

bref, ca se met a jour, et je fais un scan...
