Stamp printing issue via La Poste

Hello,
Recently, it has become possible to print stamps yourself via the La Poste website.
I wanted to print a stamp on a DL envelope (11X22cm).
During test prints of "specimens," the stamp came out in the correct size on the envelope.
However, during the final print, the stamp was printed in XXL (12X6cm) on my envelope.
And of course, this happened during both allowed attempts.
Results: Still no stamp in the correct dimension, and of course, my account has been charged.
I sent an email via the "contact us" link and have not received a response yet.
"The success of the "MonTimbrenLigne" service does not allow us to respond to you immediately," they say.
I would like to know if anyone else has had the same problem as me, and if so, how to remedy it.
Thank you for your responses.
All your solutions are welcome.

For me, it's impossible to get a response and after 2 complaints with them
(ticket:53890 + 71146) no answer since 01/11/2013
so that's €19 taken from my account for nothing
that's what you call pure and simple fraud
I'm disgusted with the service of laposte.fr which has taken a wrong turn
if there is no positive response before the end of the month
I think I'm going to make my own stamps.........

The post office has recredited my prepaid account following my email to their consumer service.
However, they still haven't communicated a solution to my printing problem.
If anyone has the solution, I am still interested.
Thank you all.

Thank you all.
Really unreliable service. Debited account can't print stamps: either nothing happens or it prints in lowercase. Definitely not to be recommended!!!!
Yes, this application poses many problems!
Here is the message I just sent to customer service:
Thank you for your message.
I would like to revisit the points from my previous email, as you are not answering the questions.
1° I request that invoices No. 1769736 and 1769698 be reimbursed since I did not have a stamp printed.
1° I asked about the sender's address where you make the label and street number mandatory. In some cases, this data does not exist, and the application is blocked!
2° Printing configurations: since I have been struggling with "my stamp online" and contacting you, it is something I master perfectly, but it does not solve the problem mentioned.
3° I had not considered the possibility of printing specimens, thank you for the information; it allowed me to conduct multiple tests (I am persistent!)
I have tried with different margins, with or without sender, with or without recipient, and I have come to the following conclusions:
-In all cases, the print preview is good.
-The margin settings are perfectly accessible
-In basic use, the sender's address is truncated; to have the full address, you must set a margin of +8 (minimum), but in this case, the stamp is really at the edge of the envelope, and I think there will be reading problems at the postage control level.
I therefore confirm that there is a problem that your technical team is not addressing, and that is truly regrettable!
I can scan and send you my various prints.
If these observations are not taken into account, I will turn to forums to get other opinions; I repeat, I cannot be the only one unable to use your application as intended.
Regards.

I am still in contact with the technical service of the post office in charge of this application. They have made me perform a lot of tests... to avoid issues regarding the reimbursement of poorly or non-printed stamps, I am testing by printing specimens.
Latest news, but very important, the service recommends that there is a problem with the JAVA application and that this will be fixed in the upcoming version 7. Finally!!
In the meantime, they advise me to print by selecting the "draft" option, and it really works well! I would like to remind you that the issue I mentioned was the inability to print all elements: stamp, sender, and recipient; there was a margin problem.
So the problem is acknowledged, and let's wait for the next episode.

Indeed, I had a printing issue at the beginning of my use of Montimbreenligne and I used the form to report the problem. I did receive an acknowledgment of receipt, but as always with postal disputes, no further response (at least that's something gained/lost)!!
In any case, I am settling my prepaid account (it certainly won't balance out --> at least that's something gained/lost) and I'm letting it go...

I had the same problem, I bought 9 stamps, I managed to print the sample without any issues, but when I wanted to print, nothing happened. When I clicked on the page 30 minutes later, the session had expired; impossible to try again. About 5 euros wasted. I contacted customer service several times, but no answers. They sure charged my account. The Post is, for me, a well-organized gang of thieves. One thing to say: LONG LIVE THE PRIVATIZATION OF THE POST and the end of its monopoly on mail delivery.
Well there you go!! Personally, I am very attached to all public services which are a good guarantee of a minimum equality in the treatment of citizens... But the Post Office is doing way too much at the moment!! (f***ing nonsense). I'm receiving parcels in increasingly poor conditions, the items are often damaged!! No way to appeal, even registered letters with acknowledgment of receipt remain useless and unanswered...
In conclusion, everything I can send through other means, I do!!!

Hello everyone,
Reading your messages, I realize that I'm not alone in facing this problem anymore.
But you should know one detail that caught my eye today. Indeed, a few days ago I went to the montimbrenligne site, and everything went very smoothly. Then, this morning, I returned to buy stamps, and to my great surprise, the page of the site was no longer the same! So, I wonder if the site is really 100% reliable! They charged my account, but no stamps, and on top of that, I can no longer access my account. My password is no longer recognized! I'm wondering if we should report the site as fraudulent, but I don't know how to proceed. If anyone has an answer...

Yesterday, I decided to order 8 tracked stamps because I urgently needed them. The site was slow as hell, and my basket kept disappearing on its own, plus I was logged out. I spent 3 hours trying and sent a bunch of emails, nothing. Last night I tried again and managed to print 6 of my stamps, even though it was still slow. I tried to order the other 2, but it crashed, so I started over, made the payment, and as soon as I clicked on print, nothing happened—an error message. I tried again with the same result. I clicked on "I couldn't print my stamps," and it told me to go to my account—my orders—and click on print my stamps, but there was no button of that kind, and they charged me! I sent them another angry email and I'm waiting for a response; I've lost over 6 euros!
Earlier, I went to post my bigger packages, and when I asked the postal worker if she could give me stamps like that, she told me they didn't do that at the post office. That's great!

I also have problems with my online stamp and I'm furious. Here’s the message I ultimately couldn't send them because the contact form didn't work either!!! (which is the height of irony):
Until now, I had never had any issues with your service, but now it's a complete disaster!!! Today: - my initial password no longer works. - after 3 attempts, the account is locked = forced to wait! - password recovery and finally logging in = more time wasted - I'm offered a green stamp, but I want a regular stamp: I could never find how to indicate that = even more time wasted - the worst: at the moment of printing, I am waiting ages for the system to (painfully) install the Java machine on my computer = more waiting - once the machine is installed: nothing happens!!!! No print job starting = more waiting - I reply to the dialog box asking if the printing went well to initiate a second attempt: nothing new, my printer is still not being triggered (before a window would open, I could choose the printer, its options...etc) = just wasted time!!! And money too. I am extremely angry with the post office! It's late, I have other things to do than waste 45 minutes trying to print a stamp that won't print, ultimately losing the price of my stamp!!!! I'm not sure I'll come back. In any case, I am requesting, at a minimum: 1- a refund for the stamp. 2- an explanation of the procedure to follow in order to hopefully print a miserable stamp one day. I have an IT degree, is there a minimum level of computer studies required beyond the degree to hope for my little envelope to be swallowed by the printer and come out with its nice stamp, or do you need to be a medium? My wife, noticing that at this hour I am still on the computer typing nervously, asks me what is going on, I tell her: She tells me that she too recently lost 2 stamps on your site!!!! I am therefore also requesting a refund for those 2 stamps. To summarize: The post office owes us 3 stamps and an apology!
Today, I just got "skinned" for 12 euros for 20 stamps that were never printed! A blank page upon arrival, whereas I had printed the same thing last month and everything went perfectly!
How can I get a refund? I sent an email, but is there a phone number to reach them because I doubt they will respond to me by email... what a nice SCAM, I'm not ready to do this again, THANK YOU POST OFFICE!!!!!!

Good evening everyone.
I’m going to share my experience with you.
Indeed, I started printing my stamps with MTEL in 2001.
The program back then was very well made and, above all, bug-free.
Then around 2010, they switched to a "Rock and Roll" program, and everything that used to work very well no longer does, despite all your patience and your IT knowledge...
For example, I can't print a stamp with Google Chrome...
I spent a day fiddling around with it and NOTHING, my stamp comes out tiny and incomplete....
I sent emails to La Poste about the refund, not too much of a problem, but for a solution THEY ARE COMPLETELY INCOMPETENT....
They keep asking the same question and don't read your answers or don't have the intelligence to understand them.....
So, as far as I am concerned, I am on XP SP3 with a DYMO 400 PRINTER.
With updated IE, no correct printing, with Google Chrome the same, with Maxton3 good printing, WITH COMODO DRAGON EXCELLENT PRINTING---->>I must be dreaming...
If anyone has a tip to make it work with Google Chrome, I’m all ears....

The last test I did was successful. It seems that they are evolving their application. It's true that communication with their services is non-existent.
The difficulties encountered are related to the layout. Of course, when printing, you have to configure the printer: choice of paper, etc....
I am using Internet Explorer and I have an H.P. printer.
There is a way to bypass these difficulties, which is to print only the labels and use the free downloadable software: "envelope editor." This one is well done in terms of layout... and it is possible to communicate with its developer.
Good luck!

I'm DONE with them! A real disaster two times in a row and a month to get my refund!
BAD BAD AND BAD
BAD BAD AND BAD
I don't know what the post office is doing, but since the update to their service, nothing is going well.
Until now, I had no issues printing stamps, and then all of a sudden, something went wrong.
It's impossible to get a stamp worthy of the name, and like everyone else, the account is debited, and no solution is offered to resolve the issue.
I requested a refund,...to no effect!
So I'm going to have to go stand in line at the post office!

I am in the same situation as you and "Montimbreenligne" relieved me of €26... without any possibility of printing stamps. Three emails to request a refund and just an acknowledgment of receipt with a ticket number...
So, I am considering working differently. I will keep you updated on what happens next. Best regards. Germain

In the same case, I ordered stamps for tracked letters. At the moment of printing, there was a problem, and I tried again after resolving my issue.
My PDF is no longer available, and I paid almost €15
To justify myself, I have the codes for the tracked letters, which do not correspond to anything.
Even if I had already printed the stamps, I wouldn't be able to reuse them since the codes can only be used once.
They replied on the ticket number... that I had waited more than 48 hours to claim and that they could not process my request!!
However, I had 5 days to print, and I have nothing! I cannot use my order since I do not have it

Hello, I just had the same issue with my online stamp. After paying, the PDF won't download anymore, so no stamp. I just hope to be refunded. What worries me is that for about fifteen days, the site has been really slow.
Hello,
I encountered the same problem; I couldn't print my stamps, but my bank account has been debited. LA POSTE's response regarding my complaint was "The success of the 'MonTimbreenLigne' service does not allow us to respond to you immediately." I don't know how to remedy the issue.

Hello
To resolve the printing issue, you need to:
For the envelopes sized 110 x 220, print in 114 x 162, which correctly adjusts the stamp. As for the complaints, you only have your eyes to cry, I think. Clearly, "they" are working on the subject since the service for individuals is suspended (impossible to access the payments tab, which automatically redirects to the homepage)
I hope I am correct.

Hello.
Yes, from my experience, they are unable to solve their problem which seems simple! They should be able to adjust their layout. No matter what we do, we can't print the address and the stamp in full, they just need to tighten it up..
I've resorted to only printing the stamps, which is a shame because it wouldn't be bad. They should be able to do better! I'll try using the format 114 X 162. The setup before printing (Application and properties is cumbersome)
What is very bad is that when we preview the envelope, we don't see exactly what will be printed!
Not great, the IT guys at the Post Office!
I've always managed to get a refund, because of course the payment process is initiated before we receive the product.
At first, I managed to share my experience by email, now, if they can't fix their problems, they should stop.
Best regards.

By using the online contact form, you can get refunded for the printing request that failed. I speak from experience, as I have to use it all the time. Each time the problem is different. It seems that their IT technician is having fun developing their online version without even testing it in the back-office (like a 70s approach). When the post office hires competent IT professionals, I might come back to try their service, which is a good idea in principle. In the meantime, I’m trying to get a refund for my money credit on the site: complete silence.
Hello, I have the same printing issue. I placed 2 orders for stamps and the PDF files do not match my orders.
Several complaints have been made to the postal service, and no solution has been provided, nor any refund for my 2 orders.
It's shameful!!!
