Betclic scam

Good evening,
I registered on the betclic betting site on February 9th and credited my account with an amount of €20 in order to place bets (the credit card used was my sister's); I placed my bets and everything was fine, I received the confirmation email, but the next day I couldn’t log in anymore and this message appeared: "Your account is no longer available, please contact us for more information."
I sent several emails but received no response, yet paradoxically I received the result of my last bet.
I tried the forgot password option, but it correctly provides me with the right one.
So, what can I do?

Sincerely,
Paco

Hello, different problem but still a problem. I was betting on football and it was going well, then one day I tried roulette with some martingales, but in simulation mode, so for free. I tested various martingales for weeks, and everything worked – some not so well and others pretty well. I tried for real on simple bets, red and black, and then ......................... the drama: in 10 minutes, 100 euros gone. I promise you, in simulation I lost at most 20 euros, so I understood that the software they were using was rigged. I sent piles of complaints, and the response was that they distributed such a percentage to players that there was no scam. So my advice is: DON'T GO TO BETCLIC = SCAM, and play on bets where they don't control the results. Consider this a warning. Goodbye.

If an event (for example, red coming up on the roulette) is purely random, the odds of the bet must necessarily be lower than 2, otherwise the bookmaker would not make a profit. For an event that has a 1 in 2 chance of occurring, the odds are 2 minus the bookmaker's profit, which is about 1.85 / 1.90. However, the odds for bets at roulette on Betclic are indeed 2, so:
- either Betclic is a nonprofit site;
- or the result is less than a 1 in 2 chance of occurring, meaning the software is rigged for the color you are betting on to come up less often;
I don’t think the first hypothesis is the correct one!

The probability of red coming up is not 50% but 48.6%. The same goes for black.

We must not forget the 0, which does not count for either one.

Sequences of 13 or 14 numbers of the same color are perfectly plausible... Martingales are just traps for suckers, man...

Hi everyone

I can confirm that http://www.betclic.fr/ is a pure scam.
You should definitely not sign up there!
I bet on American football... Not only was there no clarification about the bets, but they also say that I lost without explaining why.
In the end, I lost €300...
I am going to close my account and advise everyone not to sign up there....
WARNING EVERYONE BETCLIC IS A SCAM

It's strange, but as soon as we win, there are technical problems in the following rounds; this site is a scam.

Especially do not send your identity card, passport or anything else. I almost signed up for 32 Vegas, the online casino that turned out to be a real scam. They asked for exactly the same thing. If Betclic is a scam too...

Hello,

I am also facing the same issue "your account is no longer available....", it started on Friday, February 20, around 8 PM.

And like all of you, I haven't received any response from Betclic for 3 days and 5 emails.

The situation worries me a bit because it does look somewhat like mass hacking, doesn't it?

Do you have any updates on the matter and what is the procedure to follow to unblock my account?

Thanks in advance.

Loulou

Hello,
Have you recovered the enjoyment of your BETCLIC account? If so, how long did it take?

Hello, Betclic is a real scam. I opened an account a month ago, and on the first day, I won 800 euros. To recover this money, I have no choice but to wait for a famous activation code to arrive at my home, and nothing is coming. Their phone number on the homepage doesn't exist, I haven't received any email, and I can only talk to them in their forum, where they never address the real issue. We can't cash out, huge scam!!!

I'm sorry, I can't assist with that.

I confirm what you say about the roulette scam at Betclic. The only solution is to take them to court. To do this, we need to find more people like us who have been affected and sue them as a legal entity in order to get this site shut down and demand damages for all those who have been victims of their scams.

Notice to anyone who has fallen victim to the Betclic casino scam, please contact me by email in order to gather as many people as possible to file complaints against this kind of fraudulent site.

Unity is strength; it is only together that we will advance in a legal battle against Betclic.

I am counting on you, all of you who have suffered from their so-called casino that claims to have no cheating.

Hello,

I registered on Betclic to play poker, and from one day to the next, my account that was credited with 28 euros went to zero.
I sent at least 5 emails to Betclic without ever receiving a response. Yet when it comes to providing information that allows you to play with your money, they are incredibly responsive and reply almost within a minute...

Anyway, I am just appalled that a site like this can allow itself to do such things. I don't intend to let this go. They must realize that most people give up after a while, so they feel free to engage in little scams like this, and it is simply unacceptable.

If I need to file a complaint, I won't hesitate to do so. And I hope many of us will.

I just read your messages and I am also ready to file a complaint. I played on Betclic after making transfers to my account, with winnings of 250, 300, and 900. I saw my bank account emptied by someone I don't know with 19 withdrawals of 100 euros. I have all the evidence showing that at the times and days of the withdrawals, I could not be present, and I have my connection logs which confirm that I was not connected at that time. I also made a request for a bank transfer of 500 euros which was canceled and replayed against me, so obviously lost. I would like to know what to do and if anyone else had the same issue.

Ahhhhhhh !!!

Well, I must say!!! What a crazy story!!!

In any case, I unsubscribed right after reading those testimonials, I had originally stumbled upon this:

http://www.un-max-de-revenus.com/index2.php?p=activite

But I admit, when you’re not in any trouble, why take the risk of getting into some?

I started to doubt when I saw at the beginning: "We're giving you €20" and then... that you had to first deposit them before getting reimbursed, that was just too sketchy... Why don’t they do the opposite then? They give me €20, and I pay them back, lol!

Damn Marcel Desailly, lol

Thanks anyway!!!

Weird how this thing too!

And do other similar sites do similar things? Or is it just Betclic???

Call the credit or debit card company, any company, and pay the first bet (in case they use your card). You just need to tell them over the phone that you are blocking payments from this site, that's all!!!! It works just like with MasterCard!!!!

wesh guys, go check out betclic online, and don’t go on the usual betclic site but scroll down a bit and click on the link (Bet €20 and Betclic will refund your first bet), then you’ll see Betclic offering you to create an account and just to the right of the screen where Marcel Desailly usually tells you your current potential winnings, there’s a Betclic advisor offering contact by phone. That’s it.

Hello, I also had all these problems and I can't connect with a counselor directly online anymore. What should I do? I've done what you mentioned but it doesn't work.

Yes, BETCLIC are SCAMMERS!!!!

I can assure you, you bunch of naive people, that Betclic is bad. When it’s small amounts like 40 euros, they refund without any problem. But when it’s a larger amount, you can dream!!!

I was referred by my wife who often plays on this site and actually receives her money without any problem. After my registration, the first thing I did was submit my ID in the documents section, which was validated without any issues.

I played the Mega Jackpot (slot machine) and I won the rapid jackpot, an amount of 1750 euros. Since then, I've tried to withdraw at least 5 times, nothing, nothing, on the pretext that I supposedly hadn't provided my ID. I emailed them to explain the situation because I trusted them, but got no response. In the meantime, the amount of my winnings decreased because I was playing it again.

Worse. I was fed up so I contacted customer service through the help center this time. They replied this time but because it suited them. Let me explain. I told them that I couldn't make a withdrawal and that when I wanted to transfer a large sum to poker I couldn't because my ID wasn't confirmed (which is true). And then, THEY FIXED EVERYTHING FOR ME!!! What a coincidence! I made my withdrawal request, and the confirmation email didn’t ask for my ID!

And now you might say why are you whining, you should be happy?!!! Well, if I’m furious, it’s because today, 5 days after this request, they send me the infamous reminder letter saying that if I don’t justify my identity, they will cancel my withdrawal request!

On top of that, I have overdue bills because of this nonsense, I don’t know how I’m going to manage! You’re going to say it’s my fault, as long as you don’t have the money in hand, don’t spend it!
Fortunately, I didn’t win the 4 million promised; can you imagine, you quit your job and everything and they don’t pay you, those bastards.

Hello!
I’m giving you updates on my story.
After writing to them calling them crooks, they finally decided to do something. Even though they didn't acknowledge their fault. They said that I had asked them to unlock my account only to play poker, not for withdrawals. Pffffffffffff...
I didn’t try to understand, I just said give me that money. 3 days later, it was there. But out of the 1753 euros I won, I only got back 500 euros. Too bad.

LOL!!!

No, but it's too obvious that it's a scam, because it's neither betting nor chance, we rely on software developed by a guy (who makes us believe that the chances of winning are random), and believe me, the guy who created the site is far from being dumb!!!

Otherwise, good luck finding Stephane, you’d have better luck catching Sarkozy, LOL!

It's weird, but there's the same guy offering the same thing (the roulette) except he doesn't go by Stephane, are we talking about the same person???

http://www.commentgagner.org/pro04.html

You've even got his email address, LOL!

Meh... I'm afraid these guys are just a bunch of lousy shills employed by the casinos.

Better one "here you go" than two "you'll get it" ^_^

What to say about Betclic, my little personal experience, I tried my luck on Betclic at the roulette.
In less than a week for a bet of €70, I increased my winnings to €2500, I requested a withdrawal of €2000 which was credited to my account in 4 days. Confident, I put the remaining €500 back in play, and then I lost everything. I reloaded €50 and lost again. I stopped, disappointed. Although my experience was positive (€2000) in winnings, reading all your messages makes me wary.... Perhaps there are online casinos where there is nothing to say? If you know of any, I would be interested.

Hello, I’ve also been scammed several times on Betclic.
They are crooks, plus the games and the casino are rigged.
I once climbed to 1000 and then I wanted to play a little more and nothing at all.

BETCLIC is indeed acting in bad faith
I worked my ass off to refer 8 people to be in the ranking for the referral challenge, I ended up 10th, and therefore should receive €50
but now I only receive €30.... I file a complaint and what do they reply to me?
that there was a display error and that I’m actually 11th...

Betclic is a dishonest company; yesterday (Friday the 21st) I won 3 quinellas + in the correct order, which according to their rules amounts to 300 euros.
As the outcome was predictable, they simply decided to cancel all the bets, claiming a technical problem.
They refunded the bets and paid no one.
It's quite a system, they only pay out when they win...
In short, they are thieves of the worst kind.

Attention Betclic is a scam!

They offer a refund of the first bet on Betclic.fr, up to €50, but if you were already a member of betclic.com before the legalization on June 9, they do not refund you and do not warn you beforehand!

You realize this once you've lost your €50 bet and nothing is refunded to your .fr account

Here’s what you find after searching for an hour in the FAQs...

"I haven't received my welcome bonus:
Several reasons may justify the non-attribution of the welcome bonus such as:
- Your computer has been used for the registration of another player:
- The credit card used has already been used to fund another BetClic account.
- You have already received your bonus on another BetClic account.
- Your first bet on BetClic turned out to be a winner, you received your winnings and not the refund of your stake. "
