While I was at work, I supposedly picked up the package at their reception; I only have to file a complaint against UPS and against "X"!!!

The delivery person arrived at your place but there was no one there, so they didn't leave the package and left.

Hello,
Currently waiting for a package delivered by UPS, I can tell you that I do not recommend them at all.
I have never seen the delivery person, but he wrote that he came to my place and that I didn't have any money to pay the customs fees.
My package was supposed to be delivered three days ago now, and when I call, the guy on the phone tells me, "yes, but they're doing their best."
The delivery people are not even capable of delivering their goats; I think they would be better off selling potatoes.
In any case, I highly advise against UPS.
