Hello,
I downloaded 3 DS emulators.
But unfortunately, all three only work in ENGLISH and I can't change the language.
However, the downloaded ROMs are supposed to be in French! :/
HELP ME PLEASE

Take winds pro at this address: https://winds.fr.malavida.com/ you will have 3 emulators but use no$gba x2 and to set it to French go to options, emulation setup, in reset/startup entrypoint set gba bios (Nintendo logos) then in options click save option and go to file and reset cartridge this will take you to the DS screen and you will be able to change the language in the DS options. Then go back to options, emulation setup, in reset/startup entrypoint set start cartridge directly. do a reset (file and reset cartridge) and the game will be in French, perfect quality and every time you open no$gba x2 the DS screen will come up and you just have to set direct cartridge directly and do a reset and it will work
IMPORTANT
when you adjust the options don't forget to click OK
AND if I'm not mistaken you should have this image on the control screen (there are several versions of winds pro) http://static.sftcdn.net/br/scrn/69000/69342/3_winds-pro-001.jpg

Thank you very much.
Oops, each time you'll have to set French back in the DS options before starting cartridge directly and resetting.
Here is the method to set WinDS Pro to French written out:
1. Start WinDS Pro
2. Select No$Gba 2x
3. Go to Options > Emulation Setup > Reset/Startup Entrypoint
4. Select the GBA BIOS option (Nintendo Logo)
5. Click "Ok"
6. Go to Options > Save Options > Ok
7. Go to File > Reset Cartridge
8. Go to Options > Pink Button > Planet > French > Confirm
9. Go to Options > Emulation Setup > Reset/Startup Entrypoint
10. Select Start Cartridge
11. Click Ok
12. Go to Files > Reset Cartridge
