Webcam upside down in MSN!!

HELLO !!

Here's my problem: when I put the webcam on MSN, it appears flipped upside down
but when I go into audio/video settings, it is right side up.
What should I do?

I am on Windows Vista, it's a built-in webcam on my laptop: an HP Pavilion dv9500 Notebook PC
I'm using Windows Live Messenger 2009 (this problem was already present when I was using the previous version)

    Hi there!!!

    I have the solution to your problem: I had the same one for a long time....
    When you launch your cam on MSN, the divXG400 icon appears at the bottom right in the taskbar....
    Right-click on this icon, then click on divXG400:
    -in the picture tab of the menu that pops up, there's a "force vertical" menu: set the option to flip input and you're good to go!!!!
