Probleme VIRUS certainement grave

Bonjour,
Quand je lance un scan avec AVG antivirus,d'ailleurs même en démarrage j'ai 4 fichiers DLL et 1 fichier exe soient 5 sont infectés :
kernel32.dll
wsock32.dll
user32.dll
shell32.dll
ntoskrln.exe
Cela me le fait,depuis 1 an environ...

Comment réparer ces fichiers infectés ?
