Hello,
I teach in a small computer room with 10 stations. I have a big problem with 2 clients.
Indeed, when I present a document of 10 pages, for example, these 2 clients freeze around page 3.
Net Support School does not report that the clients have been disconnected, and the clients have to restart the computer (they are stuck on page 3 and cannot even move the mouse pointer).
The client Net Support School does not install on another workstation... well, it does, but as soon as it starts up, the interface becomes unresponsive? I have uninstalled and reinstalled, but the problem persists!
Another question: is it possible to install an antivirus on my server only while controlling the 10 stations in the room? If so, which antivirus should I install?
Thank you for your help.

Good evening,
I am also a teacher and I am experiencing the same problem as you: constant crashes right from the start of the computer, especially when it comes to an animation or a video sequence that I present, which causes everything on the network to crash... I believe that by now you have found a solution. If so, thank you for sharing it with me. -
Hello
I have the same problem as you, but I teach in a room with 18 stations. There are clients who install software to steal the passwords of other clients, which means I no longer have enough clients now.
Thanks to my research, I got internet support and I would like to benefit from your help for the installation otherwise I am...
Thank you

Hello everyone, I hope your problems will persist, because for me the use of this software is totally abominable, the spying on your students honestly makes me laugh, you don't even have the authority to make them work so you use this perverse means.
Even if some people use this software for good purposes, others use it for the futile function that proves your helplessness and is the surveillance from your terminal like a spy from the USSR. -
Good evening everyone
I think this problem is due to network saturation (either the hub or the Wi-Fi router), which causes a crash when it comes to an animation or a video sequence.
And I think you are using a local Wi-Fi network :) with a large number of devices >10
I see the solution is to use a powerful Wi-Fi router or Dlink, or to create a local network based on RJ45 cables and a powerful hub.
