Hello,

I have a TomTom One Europe 22 GPS. Yesterday, after 2 days of inactivity, I tried to restart it, but nothing happened.

If I hold the ON/OFF button for 15 seconds, I get an unknown image with a yellow line that moves forward, then nothing.

I think I need to reset it, but how do I do that? There’s no reset button; maybe it's under the sticker.

I should mention that it works only when plugged into the cigarette lighter.

Thank you very much for your responses.

Claude,
Configuration: Windows XP Internet Explorer 6.0

Here is what I found for everything that is from the brand Tom Tom.

I tried all that, but mine doesn't have a reset button, I have to hold the ON/OFF button for at least 15 seconds, that's the last method you sent.

However, now, by holding the button, after 5-6 seconds, I get a black screen with the menu in white that appears, and by holding the button down, it turns off a long time later, and the screen turns green, I have to cut the power to turn it off.

I don't know anymore, maybe a guru or an African sorcerer, it might be cursed... just kidding.

I also have the TomTom One, but it has a reset button underneath, and you need a paperclip or something pointed and thin to activate it.
