Bonjour,
Lorsque que je démmare mon ordi , windows ce load mais le bureau n'apparaît pas me laissant sur un écran noir et plus rien dutout (mais l'ordi fonctionne toujoiurs).
De plus pour pallier a ce problème de démmare en mode sans échec, alors je m'appercois que j'ai un malware (Spyware gard 2008 )
Je vais dans ajout/supression de programme et le suprime .Je le cherche et ne le trouve pas ...J'ai essayer a ccleaner et il ne le voit pas non plus ....
Sauf que mon ordi n'accepte toujours pas de démmarer en mode normal !
J'ai nod 32 comme antivirus et superantispyware et adaware et spybot comme programme ,j'ai ccleaner et glaryutilities aussi ..
Quelqu'Un peut m'aider s'Il vous plaît ?

▶ Désactive le « contrôle des comptes utilisateurs = UAC »
(tu le réactiveras après ta désinfection): Ne pas oublier !!
Désactiver l'UAC est nécessaire pour pouvoir faire fonctionner certains programmes sous Vista.
- Vas dans Démarrer puis panneau de configuration
- Double Clique sur l'icône "Comptes d'utilisateurs"
- Clique ensuite sur désactiver et valide.

▶ Télécharge hijackthis
▶ Enregistre la cible sous .... "le bureau"
▶ Fais un double-clic sur "HJTInstall.exe" afin de lancer l'installation
▶ Clique sur Install ensuite sur "I Accept"
▶ Clique sur" Do a scan system and save log file"
▶ Le bloc-notes s'ouvrira, fais un copier-coller de tout son contenu ici dans ta prochaine réponse

Si un rapport ne passe pas faire une alerte à la conciergerie avec le /!\ jaune.

si je ne m'abuse superantispyware est un fake déjà...puis la il faut que tu ailles dans ton dossier program files,que tu trouves le dossier et que tu le supprime manuellement(pense a vider ta corbeille après) tu fais démarrer=>ordinateur=>programmes=>spyware gard 2008 et tu supprimes le dossier...et enleve le de tes entrees de demarrage aussi
