Fenetres intempestives internet explorer 7

Bonjour,

J'ai un asus portable M70V, windows vista, l'antivirus kaspersky + avast, et enfin internet explorer 7 avec une connexion free adsl

Je n'ai aucun probleme de popups par rapport a mes réglages, mais je ne comprends pas pourquoi dès que je lance l' adresse de n'importe quel site dans internet explorer j'ai un 2ème onglet qui se créé (une 2ème page internet généralement de pub, sites de rencontres, PMU, jeux...etc).

L'écran ne me laisse pas le choix et me renvois directement sur ce 2ème onglet intempestif...

J'ai plusieurs fois lancé une analyse globale de kaspersky mais rien détecté ! J'ai aussi lu quelques sujets similaires sur le site mais je n'ai trouvé personne qui est dans ce cas précis...

Est-ce que quelqun peut m'aider SVP ? merci d'avance ;)

    Désinstalle ceci :

    - Navilog1 3.6.9

    Recommence ceci :

    Télécharge maintenant Navilog1 depuis-ce lien :
    http://perso.orange.fr/il.mafioso/Navifix/Navilog1.exe

    Enregistrer la cible (du lien) sous... et enregistre-le sur ton bureau.
    Ensuite double clique sur navilog1.exe pour lancer l'installation.
    Une fois l'installation terminée, lance Navilog depuis le raccourci présent sur le bureau

    Au menu principal, Fais le choix 1
    Laisse toi guider et patiente.
    Patiente jusqu'au message :
    *** Analyse Termine le ..... ***
    Appuie sur une touche le bloc note va s'ouvrir.
    Copie-colle l'intégralité du rapport ici.

    J'ai suivi ta démarche mais j'ai un message d'erreur lorsque je valide le choix numéro 1 ("tapez F ou f pour français") :
    le message d'erreur dans une petite fenetre :

    "GetPaths.exe a cessé de fonctionner
    Windows recherche une solution au probleme"

    puis après 3 secondes :

    "GetPaths.exe a cessé de fonctionner
    Un probleme a fait que le programme a cessé de fonctionner correctement. Windows va fermer ce programme et ous indiquer si une solution est disponible" ----- avec un bouton "fermer le programme ?

    J'ai désactivé kaspersky et avast..........toujours pareil :(

    Essai en mode snas échec pour voir ce que ça donne.
    Retélécharge le fichier on ne sait jamais.

    Désactive l'UAC si ce n'était pas fait.
    Exécute à nouveau Navilog option 1 puis ensuite option 2.

    Ensuite fais ce qui est indiqué sur ce lien et colle le rapport ici stp.
