Hello,

my son has a Bluesky BK14S TV, we just moved and we can't reconfigure the TV channels
he no longer has the original remote control, nor the manual, but a universal remote control
how can we do this?
is there a way to adjust it directly with the buttons on the TV?

    Impossible to configure it without the remote control.

    You need to go into the menu, and without the remote: impossible.

    However, you can buy a universal remote control (I have one that works with this television, a Lifetech, purchased for 7 euros) to replace the lost one. You can find them starting from 2 euros. However, with some universal remotes, you need to have the original TV remote, so make sure to check before finding one that will allow you to configure directly via the television.

      Late response but for others.
      It is possible to program without the remote control, turn on the power, press the power button, then press a program button P+, the signal turns green, then press both volume buttons simultaneously.
      The menu appears, the P- button allows you to go down in the menu and P+ to go up.

      Then select the chosen menu using the volume buttons.

      You need to go to install and you can program the channels.
