TV interruptions Freebox HD

Same problem as you guys, the FREE support is telling me anything and especially has no solution. A few hours ago I placed my HD box vertically on its side and since then there have been no issues. The box being really hot, I think it’s a overheating problem.

I installed the Freebox HD about 3 weeks ago: only issues! A repairman came because the picture was freezing at times, result: it was a capacitor problem. I was charged 49 euros just for the removal of the capacitor, which I could have done myself, but the hotline conveniently omitted to mention this.

Since then, I no longer have the frozen screen issue, but I am experiencing random screen cut-offs (about every 5 minutes) after 1 hour, 2 hours of operation, for no reason. I've noticed that this happens on HD channels (TF1, France 2, la 6, and Arte). Despite frequent reboots and hard reboots, nothing works.

Who has found the solution? Where does this come from (for your information, my HD box is resting on a small support to avoid overheating and ensure good ventilation).
