Searching for a cartoon with a lion!

Hello! I'm desperately searching for a cartoon from my childhood. If I'm not mistaken, it aired at 7 AM on Super Écran... it was in the 90s, around 93-95. It was the story of a little lion who lived in the forest and was raised by a wolf and her pups. His best friend was a little deer, and there was also a big snake and a panther. It's some sort of mix between The Lion King, Bambi, and The Jungle Book! One day, the little lion finds himself among ants that give him a special power, and he has a big star tattooed on his chest, allowing him to shoot some sort of beam with his paw. The little deer is jealous, and a large tree gives him the same powers, except he has leaves instead of stars on his chest. Later in the series, they grow older and have to part ways because the lion must become king of the jungle and the Bambi must stay in the forest. I think the lion was named Simba. That's all I remember! It's already quite a lot haha, but it's confusing in my head... I was very young! So if anyone knows what I'm talking about, I would be the happiest girl in the world! Because I'm starting to think I just dreamed this!!! Thank you ^^
