Bonjour,
j'ai un virus nommer trojan dopper seh sur mon pc et je n'arrive pas a le virer !! quelqu'un peut t'il m'aider svp ?

rapport spyware doctor : 1 menace et 5 infections

Salut troglo

Télécharge, installe et mets à jour Malwarebytes Anti-Malwares …
http://forum.telecharger.01net.com/microhebdo/6/tuto-securite/tuto-malwaresbytes-anti-malware-352008/messages-1.html
puis, lance un scan et poste le rapport.

PS : pour supprimer les infections, choisis l'option Supprimer la sélection.

Ensuite, ...

Fais un scan HijackThis ...

oui . je n'arrive pas a navigué tranquille ... j'ai toujour des fenetres de pub qui s'ouvre sans que je ne face rien !!

Désactive le contrôle des comptes utilisateurs
(tu le réactiveras après ta désinfection) :

- Va dans Démarrer > Panneau de configuration ;
- Double-vlique sur l'icône "Comptes d'utilisateurs"
- Puis, clique sur désactiver et valide.

Maintenant, télécharge Navilog1
http://il.mafioso.pagesperso-orange.fr/Navifix/Navilog1.exe

Enregistrer la cible (du lien) sous... et enregistre-le sur ton bureau.
Ensuite double clique sur navilog1.exe pour lancer l'installation.
Une fois l'installation terminée, fais un clic droit sur le raccourci Navilog1
présent sur ton bureau et choisis "Exécuter en tant qu'administrateur".

Au menu principal, fais le choix 1. Laisses-toi guider et patiente.

Patiente jusqu'au message : *** Analyse Termine le ..... ***

Appuie sur une touche : le bloc-notes va s'ouvrir.
Copie-colle l'intégralité du rapport dans ta réponse.
Referme le bloc-notes.

Le rapport fixnavi.txt est, aussi, sauvegardé dans %systemdrive%.

Veille à ce que le Contrôle des comptes Utilisateurs (UAC) soit désactivé.
Clique droit sur le raccourci Navilog1 présent sur ton bureau et
choisis "Exécuter en tant qu'administrateur".

Au menu principal, fais le choix 2. Laisse toi guider et patiente.

Le fix va t'informer qu'il va alors redémarrer ton PC.
Ferme toutes les fenêtres ouvertes et enregistre tes documents
personnels ouverts.
Appuie sur une touche comme demandé.
(si ton Pc ne redémarre pas automatiquement, fais-le toi-même)
Au redémarrage de ton PC, choisis ta session habituelle si nécessaire.

Patiente jusqu'au message : *** Nettoyage Termine le ..... ***

Le bloc-notes va s'ouvrir.
Sauvegarde le rapport de manière à le retrouver.
Referme le bloc-notes. Ton bureau va réapparaitre.
Réactive le contrôle des comptes utilisateurs (UAC).

PS : Si ton bureau ne réapparaît pas, fais CTRL+ALT+SUPP pour
ouvrir le Gestionnaire de tâches.
Puis rends-toi à l'onglet "Processus".
Clique en haut à gauche sur "Fichiers" et choisis "Exécuter..."
Tape explorer et valide. Cela te fera apparaître ton bureau.

Poste le rapport.

Vraisemblablement un "faux-positif" !

Fais un scan en ligne ...

Clique sur > Accept.
Il est possible qu’ une barre jaune te demande d’ installer le
Kavwebscan_Unicode.cab (ActiveX) ; installe-le.
Clique une nouvelle fois sur > Accept.
Les mises à jour vont s’ installer. Patiente un moment.
Clique sur > Next.
Clique sur > My Computer. Le scan va commencer.
Attends la fin du scan (ne ferme pas la fenêtre, sinon il va stopper).
Une fois le scan achevé, poste le rapport.

Utilise Internet Explorer pour le scan ... et fais-le en mode "Administateur" si ça tousse.

pour le moment je n'arrive pas a sortir le rappot a la fin de l'annalyse ... je ne comprend pas bien pourquoi...? (explorer ce bloc) mais il me trouve trojan win32 obfusca ??

je vais recomencer (pour la quatrième foix et je te poste le rapport dès que c'est bon) ....ggggggr

donc si ta une autre solution n'hésite pas ...!

ça ne marche pas ... Genproc ce lance mais ne me sort pas de rapport . la fenetre bleu ce referme tout de suite .

j'ai refait un scan avec kaspersky mais je n'arrive toujour pas a enregistrer le rapport . il me dit qu'il est enregistrer mais je ne retrouve pas sur mon bureau meme en .txt
