Pas bien méchant, ils n'auraient pas pu se mettre en place avec un antivirus et un parefeu.
Enlève ce qui se lance au démarrage (via msconfig), déconnecte toi d'Internet, redémarre en mode sans échec et lance un scan avec ton antivirus.
