Hello everyone!
I have a problem in the morning :D
So let me explain. I have a Neuf SFR and I want to access my Neuf Box (192.168.1.1) to configure the Wi-Fi so that my PSP can access the internet. Unfortunately, when I try to access 192.168.1.1, I do reach the interface, but I can't navigate at all! That is to say, I click on Wi-Fi but I always stay on the same interface!! I refresh, it doesn’t work, I press the green button on the Neuf Box for 5 seconds until it turns purple, but it doesn't change!!
Please explain to me how to proceed
Best regards, Jimmy

If you successfully access your router's page, look at the bottom where it prompts you to enter your username and password.
It’s surprising that when pressing the green button, you don’t switch to purple (are you pressing it hard and long enough?)
Hold it down for 1 second to test; mine works after about 5 to 6 seconds. -
Thank you for responding so quickly!
But when I press for 5 seconds, it turns purple! But it doesn't change anything on the interface :s and I'm pretty sure it doesn't ask for a password! I'm going to check again! But I don't get it, it worked before, it asked me for the account name and the password, nothing was bugging :s -
When you go on violet, click on continue otherwise it won't work..
Make sure you're connected to your box and not your neighbor's.. if you're on Wi-Fi of course. -
Well, I'm clicking, but it's not continuing! It's weird, it was there before! But no, I'm not connected to the neighbor :D I have an Ethernet cable plugged into this computer! But otherwise, I have another computer, I can try to access it there, maybe it's a problem with this computer...
Thanks -
ping the router tone ... it's weird, you just have to try with your code and name, right?
-
Sorry, I didn't understand. Ping it??
But he doesn't even ask me for the name or the password :S
Weird... -
Start, execute and type (ping 192.168.1.1), it should give you lines with numbers, and if it doesn't work, you will receive timeout error messages.
-
It's done, it didn't give any error message! What should I do now? And what is it actually for? :D
Thanks again -
I just wanted to see if you can find your router and if you're able to connect to it...
Have you tried logging in with your code? -
-
Well, you don't seem to know your material well
when you enter 192.168.1.1 to access your router, on your neuf/sfr page
you should see this
1 solution
press the green button to switch to purple and as soon as it turns purple press continue
2 solution
on this same page enter your connection credentials
name:
code:
and click on validate
3 solution
if these two don't work, contact your provider
call, dial 1099 I think or 1077
one of the 3 solutions should work, I think? -
Thank you very much for your help criket83, but it's good, I've solved the problem. Finally, I connected to 192.168.1.1 on my other computer and it works perfectly! Strange that it doesn't work on this computer!
But I thank you for your time and help :D
See you later++++ ;) -
You're welcome! Don't forget to close the topic with "problem resolved." Good luck to you!
