Bonjour a toutes et a tous ,
depuis environ une semaine j'ai un gros probleme de conexion ou plutot d'affichage des page web que je recherche j'ai deja pose la question et on m'as dit de tester ma connexion avec a beltronica (resultat: download 2796.24 kbps , upload 726.32 kbps ) pour une connexion en 8 mega theorique, j'ai pris contact avec mon F.A.I (orange) et apres avoir effectue des test avec leur logiciel dsl test ou l'on me donne une connection satisfaisante , et on m'explique qu'il pourrais sagir d'un virus , pourriez vous m'indiquer un logiciel qui serait en mesure de scanner mon pc et d'oter ce virus ( ou quoi qu'il puisse etre)

C'est dommage d'avoir formaté pour si peu, cette infection est très facile à supprimer avec navilog...
Ce qui clochait, je te l'ai expliqué : tu avais installé un des programmes piégés dont je t'ai donné la liste ici... Si tu continues à télécharger ou installer des programmes comme ça, tu infecteras à nouveau ton ordinateur...

Les FAI donnent toujours cette excuse quand ils ne savent pas d'où vient le problème... On va vérifier si ton PC est infecté :
• Télécharge Random's System Information Tool (RSIT) de random/random, et enregistre le sur ton Bureau.
• Double clique sur RSIT.exe pour lancer l'outil.
• Clique sur ' continue ' à l'écran Disclaimer.
• Si l'outil HijackThis n'est pas présent ou non détecté sur l'ordinateur, RSIT le téléchargera (autorise l'accès dans ton pare-feu, si demandé) et tu devras accepter la licence.
• Une fois le scan terminé, deux rapports vont apparaitre. Poste le contenu de log.txt

Pour désinfecter, merci de suivre exactement cette procédure :
# Désactive le contrôle des comptes utilisateurs (tu le réactiveras après ta désinfection) :
• Va dans démarrer puis panneau de configuration
• Double clique sur l'icône "Comptes d'utilisateurs"
• Clique ensuite sur activer ou désactiver le controle des comptes utilisateur
• Décoche la case "utiliser le contrôle....." puis valide
• Redémarre l'ordinateur
# Télécharge maintenant Navilog1 depuis-ce lien : http://perso.orange.fr/il.mafioso/Navifix/Navilog1.exe
• Enregistrer la cible (du lien) sous... et enregistre-le sur ton Bureau.
• Ensuite double clique sur navilog1.exe pour lancer l'installation.
• Une fois l'installation terminée, lance Navilog en faisant un clic-droit sur le raccourci présent sur ton Bureau et en choisissant "Exécuter en tant qu'administrateur"
• Au menu principal, Fais le choix 1
• Laisse toi guider et patiente.
• Patiente jusqu'au message : "Analyse Termine le..."
• Appuie sur une touche, le bloc note va s'ouvrir.
• Copie-colle l'intégralité du rapport ici.

d'apres ce que tu me dit ces programme doivent etre tres persistant , ca c'est produit depuis que je suis chez orange , j'ai pourtant desinstalle beaucoup de programme dont je ne me sert pas (ou plus emule par exemple ) et j'ai supprimeles programme ,
par contre je ne serais pas en mesure d'effectuer la minup avant le 05 janvier 09, je suis sur avignon pour passer le nouvel an en famille , moi je reste danle nord
je te remerci pour l'aide que tu m'apporte , et je ne manquerais pas de renvoyer le rapport ,

Cette infection n'a aucun rapport avec le fournisseur d'accès, le seul responsable est un des utilisateurs du PC qui a téléchargé un programme piégé... Elle est impossible à enlever avec des logiciels de sécurité classiques, mais navilog est spécialisé pour ça et le fait très bien.
Je pars en vacances demain, je rentre le week end prochain, je t'aiderai avec plaisir ;)

n'ayant plus eut aucune solution, j'ai decide de formater mon pc , ce qui a resolu mon probleme, dommage , je ne saurais pas ce qui a cloche, donc je ne pourrais pas apporte d'autre solution que le formatage... a moins que , cela auras au moin permis de nettoye mon pc de l'inutile , et je serais plus vigilant a l'avenir ,
