et je voudrais changer ma carte graphique par une ATI Radeon HD 4850 512 Mo

Bonjour,
La carte mere a un port PCIE x16 donc oui pour la carte graphique, mais tu va surement devoir changer d'alim
ET oui pour la RAM aussi, a condition de ne pas depasser 4Gb au total
